CHAPTER 12: Dinner Part 2

Seth POV

In the end, I decided not to wear what mom prepared for me; instead, I wear a fitted white V-neck shirt top with Black suit that folded up below my elbow, denim jeans, and a pair of Timberland shoes. Leaving my hair messy and I glance at the mirror for the last time. When I feel contented with my looks I decided to come down stairs where mom and dad impatiently waiting for me.

I hate doing things like this, it always happened all over and over again. Dad want me to come for a so-called dinner with his business partner then ended up pairing his or her available daughter and then if I turns it down he will just starts this fucking dinner again and again with another business partner who knows who. Believe me; it irritates the hell out of me.

On the other hand, I'm curious about Willsmith kung ano kaya ang itsura nya mamaya. Will she still wear her mask? Well, I don't think so kasi naman may dinner ba na nakatakip ang mukha? Also, making her closer to me that mean I can easily ask her about her twin Violet. Though they were separated for quiet so long but I know na hindi pa rin nila nakakalimutan ang isa't isa specially sa part ni Willsmith na inaakala nyang patay na ang kanyang kambal unless she knows that her twin still alive and kicking somebody's ass or ripping somebody's head rather, just for in addition. However, it is impossible na alam nya na buhay pa ang kapatid nya because as far as I remember may nabangit sya na patay na ang kanyang kambal nong tumakas sila. Isa pa dapat magkasama sila ngayon and why Violet didn't let her twin know that she's alive for I know na alam kong alam nya kung nasaan ang kakambal nya she an assassin she have so many resources. Maybe if this so-called dinner would be successful alam kong kakalat ang balita na ang heiress ng Willsmith Empire will going to be my fiancé which will be impossible na hindi ito makakaabot sa kay Violet and that's my plan gonna begin with. I'm going to use Willsmith to lure Violet in short, I still can't get over dun sa ginawa nyang pag lason saakin.

As I took the last step ng hagdanan, I saw mom at the living room pacing back and forth with a worried face while dad sitting on the couch watching her with annoyed + bored expression visibly plastered on his face. What exactly the hell happened to her? I cleared my throat to catch their attention. Mom quickly snaps her head to my direction and from worried face down to relief expression. Did she think that I might ditch this dinner? Well I thought of that a while ago but I totally change my mind. Not when I got some plans for this.

"For goodness sake Seth! I thought you're gonna- WHY DIDN'T YOU WEAR THE ONE I MYSELF PREPARED FOR YOU?" she exclaimed the moment she saw that I wear different clothes than the one she chooses for me.

"Mom, I'm more comfortable with this." I said in a bored tone at nauna nang maglakad sa kanila palabas ng bahay. I heard mom's still whining about what I wore but the last thing I heard is dad's voice saying

"Just let him be Amanda, more important is his here than what he's wearing."

Yeah, dad and I have the same enigmatic and short-tempered attitude but we have different views kaya minsan or I should say palagi nalang kami hindi nagkakaintindihan. Mom is just so amazing for handling the both of us at the same time.

Hindi ako sumabay sa kanila sa sasakyan nila, I'll just drive my own car. Before I could open my car, I take a glance to them seeing the both of them entered with their limo. Shaking my head, pumasok na rin sa sasakyan ko at sinundan sila. I hope this night will go well.

Nang makarating kami sa venue, we waited for almost 30 minutes sa kanila and I'm getting bored. Where the hell are they? Lazily I scan the whole place that was reserve for this occasion, well it's just a typical fancy restaurant. Where you can see huge crystal chandelier proudly hanging at the center ceiling, the luxurious ambiance, it also had an elevated part of the floor at the center where the orchestra plays and a glass wall where you clearly see the main roads and the heavy traffic.
