Chapter 10: Hellish Battle

{Ayla's P.O.V}

I stand with my hands scrunched into a fist. How dare he try to hurt Lucy. My friend, the one who trusts me. I shall not let him go. I'll win this battle.

"What are you doing just laying there?!" I shout at him, I can see the guild is scared except Natsu, Gray, and Erza and the guild master, "You wanted to see me and now I'm here. Now fight me!"

The council members surround me and get all their weapons out. I can see them trembling. Am I that scary. The member that I threw is walking towards me. He doesn't have his sword drawn. In the corner of my eye I make sure that Jellal fellow doesn't move.

"Go ahead, you're strong enough. Kill me like you did her." Lahar provokes me. Her? No, that wasn't my fault. I didn't kill her..or did I? No I didn't! He's trying to distract me! I must pay attention, "What? Are you denying that you killed your own sister? That shows how much of a demon you truly are."

"Shut up." I murmur. He continues to walk towards me with that irksome smirk on his face.

"Cat got your tongue? Why don't you come with us. All we will do is question you and kill you once we have the answers. I mean you are murderer. The one who kill their own sibling and all." Lahar smirks. This dude is really pissing me off.

"Shut the hell up!" I yell angrily at him. Light hits his glasses. I can no longer see his eyes. Crap! I forgot to keep an eye on Jellal. I take a peek and he still hasn't moved. Is he a fake?

"I bet your sister wants to see you die too." Lahar finally says making me unable to handle the pain anymore. My eyes go wide.

"Didn't you hear me?! I said shut up!" I yell really loudly. Light beams down on me. Lightning bolts strike on me. I take the time to harvest that power. I strike him in the neck causing him to cough blood.

I then kick him sending him flying into the wall. I fly into the air opening my arms. The guild stands there in shock. I'm so stupid. I'm even scaring my friends.

Sting and Rogue come running Into the guild. The first thing Rogue tries to do is attack me but it deflects back at him.

Here in my garden of shadows

As I sing a black hole opens and a hand starts to come out. Everyone is now casting magic at it or me. Levy, Wendy, Lucy, and Mira are telling everyone to stop. Mira soon realize that she has to stop me. That's the only way to save me. Stupid girl. I don't plan on giving up.

Follow sweet children

I'll show thee the way

Through all the pain and sorrows

Now a leg and half a face is coming out slowly of the black hole. Everyone tries to defeat it. Even Sting. My friends joined Mira and are trying to bring me down. I can't believe I trusted them! How dare they betray me. I was trying to protect them!

Hush now dear children

To weary of life and deceptions

A body of a demon girl child had come out of the black hole. She spawns her weapon which is a scythe and floats in the air waiting for her brother.

Here in my garden of shadows

Now a female and male demon child are out of the black hole. The hole closes. The demon children both have weapons now. And they lower to the ground. Jellal tries to attack them but his magic goes right through. The only way to defeat a demon is to become one yourself.

I lower to the ground to earning magic being cast at me. My cherry blossoms block all the magic. I just stand there with an expressionless face and totally black eyes.

The battle has begun and I don't plan on losing.
