Chapter 4: The Great Escape

Right after he gave me the spear the guards came running to me and I jumped out of the window to a rooftop rolling and starting running, the rooftops were slippery cause of the rain but I was determine to make a successful escape, I started jumping rooftops with my heart beating rapidly, I started jumping over crates sliding through holes and seeing the guards are still on my back and started getting nervous. I see an open window with a woman painting inside a 3rd floor, it was a long jump but I decided to go for it I started going faster and faster as the rain drops at my side and I get on the ledge of the roof and make the biggest jump of my life and rolled on the window getting inside. I hear the women screaming but I had so much adrenaline from that jump that I didn't care, I ran to the closed window and broke it charging to it falling to another rooftop and kept running. I was getting tired but I see Frenzie's Clock the biggest clock tower in Serity from afar, I stopped for a few seconds hiding and recovering from the run, my heart was pumping like never before I started shaking and I still got guards looking for me I started going to the tower silently but it was hard because my boots were sounding pretty loud because it had so much water in them, I was going as stealthy as possible as I was going slowly I hear thunders and decided to use that as my advantage, I see a guard looking for me and I slowly got to him and waiting for a thunder to kill him without alerting the other guards. I get close to the target successfully assassinating the target I was covered with more blood, but I couldn't stop now. I started running again and a guard spotted me alerting the other guards, I started climbing the tower and I see guards throwing me with arrows and rocks but I started dodging them and getting higher and higher. As I get to the top I get inside to rest, there I took a few minutes to breathe to finally go to the hideout but suddenly I hear guards getting to the top through the stairs saying:

-He's got to be around here somewhere-

I started breathing slowly so I wouldn't be spotted but they managed to spot me and I ran to a wooden window ramming it and I go through it and there's a bridge I run until I reached the end almost felling and I looked down and it was over 300 feet from ground but I see another floor below but it was impossible to jump or fall to it without breaking my legs but down there I saw passage to a house I could enter and not be seen but I got trapped and started getting nervous then the guards go slowly to me saying:

-It's over Assassin give up you're TRAPPED..!-

I took my spear and looked at them self-confidently and said:

-Hm...My blade won't be silenced just yet-

I jumped out of the bridge and in mid-air I throw the spike as hard as I can to the bridge sticking it, I hold on to the rope and managed to get to the floor below saying:

-Holy Shit!! Hahahaha I'm Alive!!!-

I kept running and got to the house and silently got inside through a gap, I see everyone is sleeping so I slowly go through the front door making my way to the hideout undetected.

The rain finally stopped and I was tired and covered in bruises but I finally got in the hideout undetected and see my partners. I smile at them and dropped on the floor exhausted and felt asleep.

It was an experience I would never forget...
