Today, September 13th, 2015, it is Niall Horan's birthday.

And you might think, "why do I care, Steph?"

Yeah, well, I'm posting this because I care. Feel free to skip this rant, because this one will mostly be a One Direction rant.

I'm so stoked for their break next year. They're finally gonna be able to take a breather, but that hiatus is them breaking up, sadly.

"NO STEPH!!!!!2!2!3!3!1!1!1!1!:!!// THEY SAID IT IS A HIATUS!!!!!!"

So did *NSYNC.

Honestly I don't think they'll get back together, because all that fame, and drama, they won't want to. Louis is a dad, Liam has an alcahol problem, and I bet Harry and Niall just want to chill at home.

I've been a fan for three years, and I still am, and I've created amazing memories through them. I've merch, I saw them live, and I spent nights awake and days fangirling because of them. I wrote fanfiction, I had fan accounts with a few thousand followers on Twitter and Instagram in 2013.

By 2014 I grew out of them for a bit, and became more focused with 5SOS, but nontheless I stayed a fan of them. Now, in 2015, I paid attention to YouTube more, but still, I've been a fan of One Direction and 5SOS.

Anyway, the thought that after this album, they're done, it breaks my heart. I grew up with them, I was there even before the second album came out. I saw Mr. X, I saw Niall's mofo and craic days, the snake habitat, the Larry moments, the Elounor moments, 1DDay, Haylor, etc.

Going on Twitter next year looking through one direction and seeing the fandom doesn't constantly trend something purely out of boredom is kind of sad. The posts and the reaction pictures and the Tweets are hilarious, and to see it all go, is really hard to accept. They're just a band, but they've helped me through so much.

Without them I wouldn't have become a fan of 5SOS, or started watching YouTube. It's crazy, they have such a huge impact on me. This is coming from a girl who doesn't really talk about them anymore.

What I'm trying to say, is that with every concert that goes by, it's another step to them breaking up. To never seeing them in the TCAs again, or having some weird drama going on.

The real question here is why I'm teary-eyed right now, because what I'm saying might be completely wrong and they get back together and take the world by storm.
