Chapter 25

Narrator's P.O.V
Its been a few days now and Donatello is almost finished with the retro mutagen. The turtles had decided to rescue Karai first then save the city. Right now, the turtles were in the dining room, devising a plan to rescue her.

"Yeah, Im on board with the whole rescue Karai mission, but how are we going to find her with Kraang bots roaming the city?" Raph said.

"Well just use stealth Raph. And I have a feeling that shredders henchmen will be looking for Karai as well." Leo responded. Of course he and his brothers knew that Shredder would be after Karai. So thats why they need to be careful and to find her first before his henchmen do.

"Im just two days off from finishing the retro mutagen. So I guess once we find her, we can bring her back here an change her back to normal."

"Good. So were all know what the plan is?" Then they all the turtles looked at Mikey.

"Dudes, chill...know what the plan is." Mikey said calmly.

"Ok then....tell us what it is."

"Uh....We...." Mikey stood thinking about the plan until his brain gave up "maybe we should go over it one more time? Hehe..."

"UGH!"

~Time Skip~
The turtles began to get ready for their search for Karai. April and Casey wanted to join but when Leo said ninjas only, Casey and April both protested until Leo gave up which he did.

They were all on the rooftops. Leo and Raph went to the east side of the city while Mikey and Donnie went to the south side and Casey and April went to the North side. Donnie didn't exactly like the idea of Casey and April being alone together, but orders were orders and they all took their separate ways.

Raph's P.O.V
Leo and I are finally alone. Its been a while sense we've had some alone time. Too bad its because were looking for Karai. Its not that I hate her or anything....ok maybe I hated her before I found out she was our sister, but I just wish Leo and I were alone without having to worry about anything.

"Are you ok Raph...?"Leo, asked, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Hhmm? Yeah Im fine." I said. Im sure Leo knew what I was thinking, because he stopped running and started walking over to me.

"Look, I promise once we find Karai, save the city and get our lair back, well have some alone time. Just you and me." He said as he snaked his arms around my neck. I smiled and wrapped my arms around his waist.

"Ya promise fearless?" I asked Leo as I had a tint of blush on my face.

"I promise." Then he gave me a light and sweet kiss on my lips. As much as we both wanted it to last, we had to keep going on our search on Karai. Then thats when both of our T-phones began to buzz. Donnie sent us a text message.

Donnie: We found Karai. She's over at Boulevard St. Meet us there and fast.

"Boulevard Street?" Leo started looking around to see where we were now. "Alright. We not that far from here. Just a few minutes away."

"Then lets get movin' fearless" I said. Leo nodded and we started running across the rooftops.

After a few minutes of running, we finally caught up to the others. Donnie had his binoculars with him.

"Is she down there?" Leo asked and walked over to them.

"Yeah...yeah she's defiantly down there." Donnie points to an old apparent building. It didn't look that old like it was going to collapse at any moment, but it didn't look like it was in great shape either.

"Alright. The plan is to go stealth mode. Go slow and don't make to many sudden movements. We don't wanna scare her." Leo ordered. We all nodded and jumped from. The building that we were on to the oldish looking one. Leo put his finger on his mouth to indicate us to stay quiet. When we walked in, the place inside looked like a wreck. There were furniture that looked all ripped up, the walls looked beat up and the windows were shattered.

"Karai?" Leo whispered as we all split up in different directions.

I was on the first floor with Mikey and casey while Don, Leo and April were looking around the second floor. As I was searching, I felt like someone was watching us. Then something went went past me but when I turned around, it was gone.

*must be my imagination* I thought. "Any luck guys?"

"No nothing yet." Don said.

"Nothing here bros." Mikey replied.

"Same over here." Leo said.

"Yeah, Nothing here." April called out. "What about you Casey?"

"Nah. The only thing I found was a bunch of boxes with old junk in them" He replied.

"Look guys," I started and paused for a moment "I dont think Karai is here. She's probably-"

"It is the one known as 'The turtles, April O'Neil and Casey Jones who will now be what is called destroyed." A group of Kraang droids showed up and pulled out their blasters.

"QUICK! Take them down before-" But before Leo could finish his sentence, a snake like figure showed up out of nowhere and took down all the alien robots. It was Karai. She then came over to us, but then she sprayed some acid stuff in my face...........AGAIN! Ugh...

"GAH!" I hollered. Donnie and Mikey came over to me as Leo looked over at me.

"Raph! Are you alright?" he said.

"Yeah....I'm fine." I grunted and Don handed me a bottle of water to get the stuff out of my face once again. Leo nodded and turned his head to Karai.

"Karai...its us. Were your family....Its me Leo" Leo tried to snap her out of her trance.

"Leeeoo..." She said and hissed as she turned back to her human self. We were all surprised by the fact that she could do this. She still had her scaly skin but other than that she looked like her old self. Black hair on top, blond hair in the back with her armored suit.

"Guysss...help...me..."Karai pleded. Leo walked over to her.

"Its ok Karai...well take you back with us-"

"Nooo...im..to dangeroussss..." How were we supposed to help her when she wont come back with us?...

"Lookie what we have here." A husky voice said, now giving our full attention to it. On the ledge of the second floor, we saw Rahzar, Fishface and Tigerclaw, along with a few small groups of foot bots.

"Take then down guys and don't let them take Karai." Leo ordered an we charged at them...

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't updated in like forever. Ive been busy again and I feel seriously bad right now. School has been really stressful cause its my first year as a freshman and IM trying to get everything organised.
