Chapter 4 - My Offer

Anne's pov

'You must be Anne.' He said.

'Um-who are you?' I ask.

I started freaking out! Who is this guy?! What its he doing here?! Is he here to take us away?!

I'm so scared.....

The Doctors pov

I feel kinda bad for just bursting in here.
She looks really scared....
Ok, I can fix this.

'Hi, sorry to interrupt. I'm the Doctor. I got your message.' I say, showing her the psychic paper.'

'What?' She replies. 'I never sent a message! I don't even know how to do that!'

'Well, you did.... so.... I'm here to help!' I almost shout.

'Shh!' She hisses at me. 'Someone downstairs could here you!'

'Oops! Sorry.' I replied.

'What are you here to help with?' She askes me, 'What are you going to do?'

'I, am gonna show you something!' I say to her.
I know that this is a hard time for a lot of people.... Especially Jews like her... It feels like the world ends here, like there is no escape....
So, I'm going to show her that it doesn't end here! It doesn't end now! I know better.

I am gonna show her the future.

'I'll be right back!' I whisper to her.

She nodds...

I sneak down the stairs and through the bookshelf/door thing.
'Secret entrace!' I think. Thats the word!

Anyway, I walk quietly down the stairs to the first floor, I kneel down, and I peek around the bottom of the entrance to the parlor.

Everyone is in there except for Meip... I here her in the kitchen getting some kind of snack for the Nazi in the parlour.

I scoot past the parlour doorway, and tip-toe past the closed kitchen door.

Crisis averted....

I slip through the door, and run down the street towards the TARDIS.
I jump inside and run to the control panel.
I reluctantly hit the blue boringers, I don't want to draw attention to where Anne is hiding.... I lock the TARDIS onto Anne...

I materialize the TARDIS next to where Anne is standing.
She has moved into her bedroom.
I open the door a crack, and stick my head through the opening.
She is looking at me with awe, and wonderment that you can only see in the young, and people with so much imagination and childlike view on the world, that people think their crazy.

'Whoa....' She gasps.'How did you do that?'

'I'm a mad man with a box! What else would I be doing?!' I exclaim quietly.

Anne's pov

This man is something else....
He comes into my life, saying that he's here to help.

Help with what?
If he thinks that, one man, is going to stop the war raging around us... He's sadly mistaken....

This madness has been going on for too long now to stop...

I still don't understand how he made this big blue ' police box' he calls his TARDIS, into my room. It just appeared right next to me!

The Doctor's pov

She looks stunned, and amazed at the same time.... Boy is she gonna freak when she comes inside...

'Well?' I ask.

'Well, what?' She replies.

'Are you going to come inside?' I ask. 'I, am going to take you to the future!'

'No.' She says.
'I dont want to see a future full of suffering... The world is coming to an end, and I don't want to see that happen right now.' She states matter-of-factly.
'Now I don't know who you are, or where you came from, or how you found me... But I just want you to leave!'
