For Norway, no. He isn't one, as we see in the anime he is a stone like Germany except better at it. He doesn't show much emotion. And yet he is considered a tsundere. Many that ship dennor say he is a tsundere... if you are one of the people that say this, tell me why.

:He really isn't it tsundere he just pushes people away, so when they leave it doesn't hurt. As a kid he was looked down upon by Rome, so when he fell he didn't fell much, unlike Vene. When Vene and him got taken by Austria he was also looked downed upon, he felt he wasn't needed to made himself act like that. When he was taken by Spain he tried to be better than he was, be he gave up. Seeing as he was compared to v...Feliciano. Then when he saw Feliciano again he wanted to be looked up at, in of looked down on, be he failed. In the end he pushed them all away, but when they left it hurt more then he wanted it to.
So that's may head canno, if you say he is a tsundere please say why.
