The prince

I arrived at my extra-curricular activity and there was a whiteboard. So I started drawing on it. I was actually aiming to draw a girl but it ended up as a boy. He was perfect so I've decided to make him an OC. He's an OC from Soul Eater NOT! He is a Meister for one of my other OC Alice, she's an axe.
I can't decide what hair colour he should have, blonde or brown? And I will decide the rest. He's also from England
