Finding out

This oneshot is about how Fin found out that they were sleeping together, and how he reacts once he does find out.

Amanda heard a knock on the door, she looked through the peephole to see her lover Nick standing there, she opened the door letting him in "Hey babe, missed you at work today" Nick said kissing her

Amanda had a few days off, she needed a break from work for a couple days she grabbed two beers and sat down on the couch next to him, she curled up next to him, he kissed her head.

"How was work?" Amanda asked

"It was ok, the usual" Amanda laughed

Nick kissed her again, she kissed back passionately, he picked her up from the couch and carried her into the bedroom, where they ripped off their clothes one by one leaving a trail from the living room to the bedroom. Nick gently placed her onto the bed, and kissed down her neck biting at her boobs. Then he slowly went inside of her, watching her moan "Harder Nick harder" She painted.

Nick thrusted himself inside of her harder, her back curled as she moaned, he made his way in and out of her body. What they didn't know was the Fin was on his way up to her apartment to check on her.

Fin walked up to the door, and could silently hear noises, moaning, it sounded like her partner Amanda, he didn't know who the guy was. He knocked on the door and he the noises stopped and he heard shuffling.

Amanda heard a knock on the door, and Nick stopped, Amanda froze for a minute still hearing the knock on the door "Amanda, baby, stay" Nick said

"I'll be right back, I promise" She said kissing him

She got up and threw on an oversized t-shirt she saw on the ground, along with sweatpants, and quickly put her hair in a bun. She walked to the door and opened it "Hey Amanda" Fin said

Amanda was shocked, that he showed up, did he hear her and Nick? She gulped "Oh, Hey fin"

"How you doing?" 

"I'm fine, coming back to work tomorrow" She smiled, she blocked the view from him seeing any further into the house.

"Amanda baby, who's at the door?"

Fin has heard that voice before, he could recognize it from anywhere, Amanda shut her eyes and cursed in her head, Nick walked up behind Amanda just pants on. "Oh Hey fin" Nick said shyly

"Nick what are you doing here?"

"Um, he just came by to visit" Amanda lied

"Without a shirt?"

Amanda sighed and cursed in her head again, Nick just messed it up Fin was shocked that the two detectives have been having sex, for who knows how long. He was a little upset that his partner Amanda didn't tell him, he barfed in his mouth that the fact he heard them having sex. "How long?" Fin asked

"How long what?" Amanda asked

"Have you guys been seeing each other?"

"What are you talking about he just saying hi"

"yah sure, and I'm here to say Liv had sex with the pizza guy" Fin laughed

"A year"

Fin was shocked again, he couldn't speak he couldn't believe they have been sneaking behind there backs for so long. "Why didn't you tell me Rollins?"

"It was our secret we didn't want to get you guys involved"

"I trusted you! And you let me down, how can I trust you anymore, goodbye Amanda Rollins" Then he stormed out, Amanda couldn't believe this just happened, she started to get tears in her eyes, her partner didn't trust her.

Amanda shut the door, and slid down, pulled her knees to her chest. Nick picked her up and sat down on the couch putting her in his lap, she was crying, Amanda knew this would happen, whenever something seems like it's going right for her it always gets twisted around and something bad happens, whenever someone comes into her life someone ends up getting hurt.

"Manda it's ok, Fin just needs to relax he will get over it"

"Nick, I knew this would never work out"

"Amanda please don't do this, it will be ok, I promise"

"No Nick it won't, whenever I let someone into my life someone ends up getting hurt, I would rather it be me then anyone else but I just can't let that happen"

"I don't want to see you hurt, It's my fault Amanda I should have just stayed in the room, but they were going to find out eventually"

Amanda looked up into his deep brown eyes, with her worried face, he caressed her cheek, she buried her head into his chest "Amanda please, I still want to be apart of your life"

"I still want to be apart of yours too" He kissed her and the rest of the night they rested together, forgetting everything that happend.
