Coming back?

Hey guys so for a next couple of my chapters, one shot things I'm going to do all the times Nick And Amanda needed each other from the end of
Season 15 to the end of season 16 so each chapter will be an episode and then at the end we will see from there.

Nick just couldn't control his anger, seeing Simon welks at the elementary school taking pictures of boys, he just couldn't see this happen and no one do anything he didn't mean it to end up so bad but it did and now he was sitting in a jail cell waiting for Amanda to show up.

Amanda rushed out of the precinct as soon as she got the call, why did Nick have to do this again? Simon was a bad guy but she would never think Nick would go off on him this bad.

Once she got there and saw him sitting in the jail cell she ran up to him "Nick, nick" she yelled

Nick stood up and walked to the bars, and held onto it tightly "Amanda you came" he smiled

"Of course I would" she smiled back "now what happened?" She asked

"I-i don't know, one minute I'm there asking him to put the camera down and the next two cops are pulling me off of him"

Amanda reached for nicks hand through the bar and grabbed hold of it "Nick, are you ok? Did he give you that cut?"

"I'm fine, I just can't believe I messed
Up again, I'm going to be out for good"

"Nick, come on, you went after him cause he's a bad guy" she stopped herself "did he go after you first?" She asked

Nick nodded and looked down "nick" she whispered, starting to get tears in her eyes she hated seeing Nick like this especially him giving up on himself.

"Nick, I gotta tell you something" Amanda said

Nick looked up, he didn't say anything but she knew that it was his way to tell her that she could go on "Nick, I-"

"Nick, what the hell happened?" Olivia cut her off running in

Amanda pushed herself away from Nick and he walked back and forth in his cell

"What do you think your doing, going off after welks like that?" Murphy asked

"I was off duty, it's none of your concern"

"Everything is my concern, if you think you did the right thing stand down" Murphy continued

Amanda would visit Nick everyday, asking him how he was doing, and if he was holding up and he would respond with the same answer.

"I'm fine"

But she knew he wasn't, the look in his eyes, the way he looked at her, he couldn't make his bail and there was nothing she could do about it, she was getting frustrated with him not believing in himself and not having much fight left.

She made her way home, and unlocked her door, she set down the Chinese food that she bought and looked at frannies bowl

"You must be hungry girl, let me get you something to eat" she smiled grabbing the bowl to fill it up

She patted her dog and sighed, she took the Chinese food out of the bag and sat on the couch, she opened the lid and played with the food for a while.

But she just couldn't eat, she threw her food back on the table and sighed again, she wiped her hands on her face and she started to cry.

She had all these emotions, bottled up inside of her, Nick being in jail she had
No one to see, she missed him so much, his touch, his kiss, his way he protected her, everything about him she missed.
