I awoke to someone carrying me. I was still sleepy so I went to a half sleeping state. It was comfy... warm... big..

"Amu.." said a husky voice

"Mmf..." I made a weird sound in reply. The voice was comforting.. it made me feel at peace. Something I never feel. That thought made me tear up a little. I never wanted this moment to end..

"We are at your house... Amu wake up." The voice said, shaking my body in it's arms. I open my eyes slowly and see the man that's holding me. He had the discription of Ikuto.. yet older and more mature looking.

"Who are you.." I quietly asked him. I looked into his eyes. So memorable. So familiar. So... Ikuto.

He smirked and replied with one word. One word that would make me cry my eyes out. One word that would complete my quest... he said, "Ikuto" and then kissed my forehead.

"Ik... Ikuto Tsukiyomi...?" I asked, soft tears rolling down my cheeks.

He nodded then put me down. He was so much taller than me. I mean, I'm 16 and I'm not really that short... am I? I'm not sure, and I don't care. I was just glad he's back. I wiped my tears away and sniffed.

"How.. long.." I paused and sniffed again, "How long were you planning.. on making me wait?" I said, looking up at him. 'I'm showing him me... the real me.' I thought as I acted out unconsciously.

"I didn't mean for the trip to be this long.." He replied and looked at me worryingly.

Ikuto POV

"I didn't mean for the trip to be this long.." I said. I gave off a worrying expression, which obviously surprised her.

I saw her wrists earlier.. but I didn't want to bring them up for a while longer.. I want to be able to help her..

"Baka..." She stated and hit my chest softly. I had to laugh at this fact. She was weak. She used to be stronger with her hits. Amu noticed that I laughed a little and pouted.

"Sorry, I couldn't help myself" I said while chuckling a little more. She started blushing and mumbled something I couldnt quite make out.

"Huh?"

"No.. it's nothing" She replied and started walking away from her house. I just noticed, we were at her porch and yet she didn't go inside or anything.

"Oi. Your house is in the over here, baka," I called out to her.

She jumped a little and looked back at me. "I don't belong at that horrid place" She responded quietly yet again.

I sighed a bit and walked up to her. "Is that so?" I asked whole picking her up again. 'She's light.. well for a sixteen year old at least' I thought to myself as I started to make my way to downtown.

"H-hey!" She whined and wiggled

"What?"

"P-put me down! I'm heavy!" She explained

"Not exactly... in matter of fact, you seem underweight" I responded, looking down at her in my arms. "Why might that be?" I finished

"...reasons.." She said and looked the other way.

"Hmm?"

"I'll tell you at a later note.." she replied and pulled on a strand of my hair that she was able to reach

"Ouch!" I exclaimed as she laughed in joy.

"What was that for Amu?" I asked as she let go of my hair.

"I don't know but your reaction was funny," She said and giggles some more. "By the way, where are we-"

"Ikuto huh?" Someone interrupted Amu.

Amu POV..

I instantly recognized the voice. "Ikuto put me down... now" I said quickly and he did so. I tried to run as Tadase got closer and closer to us, but Ikuto grabbed my shirt.

I sighed internally as Tadase was now in front of us.

"Ikuto and Amu Hinamori... hm." Tadase glared at me while saying that

"You grew up in many ways, little prince" Ikuto half complemented.

"I see that you are quiet and lonely as always, Amu," Tadase changed the subject and started insulting me. I stood there just taking it all and nodding. Ikuto looked surprised at Tadase's sudden lash at me. "You can't even talk anymore at school. Hm?" He continued.

I nodded then dropped my head to where my bangs were covering my face. "Hey.. little prince, stop it," Ikuto said sternly. Tadase scoffed and walked past me. But as he walked past me he whispered something in my ear "You'll regret this once your mom finds out.." He said then walked off. My eyes widened. 'No.. please... no' I thought as I started running after him. "Please dont!!" I yelled desperately at Tadase. He didn't turn or reply. He just kept walking towards my house.

"Tell me," a husky voice suddenly said behind me. I turned to Ikuto and immediately broke down. "I have to go... I have to.. but I don't want to" I said sadly and quietly.

"Why?"

"I'll tell you at a later date.. for now.. bye Ikuto," I said before running off to my house. Hopefully beating Tadase there. If mom finds out.. Oh no. I finally made it to my house but it was too late. Tadase walked out of my house and smirked.

"I already told her everything," Said the Blondie

"Why... I thought we had a deal..." I said, starting to tear up.

"You screwed up. Our deal has broke. I told her everything, and I mean everything about what you did when Ikuto was gone. Huh? Good luck," he responded and left my house

I feared about what would happen to me once I entered the house. I was terrified. I heard the door start to open. I tried to run but someone grabbed my shirt sleeve.

÷÷÷
Welp. Ikuto is back. I know that some of you have good imaginations and can figure in your head what older Ikuto looks like but for people like me, and can't imagine that well, I put a picture if what he might look like now that he's nineteen. Yes, nineteen. Also, the cover of the book, or whatever you'd like to call this, is Amu if you haven't already guessed. I think that's it for right now. Please vote, comment, and/or follow. Thanks for all the reads so far. Bye bye
