Back to business

The next morning.

For the first time, in so long, you woke up in your own bed. It was weird, knowing he wasn't gonna be around you. Well at least not in the same way. Sure you could see him in the battlefield, but he wouldn't be able to sit next to you, holding your hands. A gentle breeze blew trough your window, and you walked over to the mirror. As you were doing your normal morning routines, a gentle knock came from the other side of your door. Not wanting to wake anyone else up, you walked over to the door, opening it slightly. You peeked out trough the small slid, and saw medic standing there."can I come in lieber?" He whispered, looking around, to make sure no one else heard it. You opened your door as a response, and he fast walked inside. Looking around your room, he gently mumbled to himself "I have never zeen your room before. I quit like it" before he sat down in your bed. "you are up early. Zhe ozhers vill firzt be up in around 2 hours" He looked at you, staring over his glasses. Giving you a look that made you shiver. You leaned up against your drawer, and placed your helmet underneath your left arm. "why are you here?" before he even managed to open his arm, you fast added"not that I'm complaining, I'm just curious". the room turned silent for a couple of seconds, making the buzzing from your lamp sound like hundreds of bees. "Vell I vas up early, and zhought I would drop by" He stood up walking towards you. He weren't wearing his lab coat, but instead a white shirt, red tie, and a grey vest with blood splattered over it. He placed his hands firmly on your hips, and pulled you towards him. Time stood still, as you got lost in his wild eyes. His hands running up and down on your side, as he leaned in for a kiss. Your lips met again, making it sparkle for you again. He started of gently, and slowly, but the kisses soon got more passionate and wild. You sometimes split apart to catch your breaths, but were fast back again locking your lips together, letting your tongues dance together. "Ich leibe dich" he whispered under his breath, as you broke apart. "I vill see you soon" and just like that he was gone, out of your grasp again. You turned around and looked at yourself in the mirror. Your reflection staring back at you, as you brushed your hair away from your face. 

At breakfast.

When you finally got to breakfast, everyone was there. "HEY SOLDIER, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN MAN" scout shouted at you, as he pointed towards you with his fork. "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS" You shouted back at him, as you walked towards the table. You looked up, and noticed Medic had saved a spot for you. You stood a bit in front of scout, before saying "We will take this outside later". You fast walked over to the spot he had saved for you, and placed yourself between him, and spy. "amour is in the air" Spy said to himself, as he took another bite from his eggs. You knew that he was onto you and medic, but for now you didn't care. Time flew by, and soon it was only you and medic left at the huge table. "are you ready for today's battle?" You asked him, as you walked over with your dishes. He just nodded, and smiled to you gently, you could tell he was sad too. After You had placed your dishes, you turned around facing him. You fast looked around before grabbing his hands. You sighed, and couldn't get yourself to make eye contact. "Look we can still see each other, or else use the excuse that I need a medical check up." You said trying to comfort him. He mumbled something in German, before heading out of the door.

" MISSION BEGINS IN 10 SECONDS!" The announcer shouted over the speaker. You were ready. You held your rocket launcher in a tight grip, as you looked towards the re spawn door. The alarm went off, and the door opened. It was hard keeping track on where everyone went, they were gone in a matter of seconds. 

You were standing in BLU's base, as the light started to flicker. "what the?" you mumbled, and looked around you, expecting someone to stand behind you. No one was there though. You thought nothing about it, as you ran towards their intelligence yet again. A loud buzzing noise was played, and then everything blackened out. You started to fumble your way upstairs, and eventually made it to the bridge. Screams and shouts, was filling up the battle field, but they all got shut off when the announcer shouted back at them. "NO ONE SHOOT ANYTHING, THE POWER IS GONE, AND SO IS THE RE SPAWN SYSTEM. IS THIS CLEAR?". Before anyone could say anything, the air was ripped by the loud sound, of a gun being fired. You felt something warm run down your left leg, and then a sharp pain hit you. You fell down landing on the ground hard, knocking all of the air out of you. " SOLDIER" You heard the beloved German voice speak. He fast ran towards you, and dropped down on his knees next to you. "Juzt take it eazy" His voice was shaking, as he got off his tie. "Don't vorry I vill take care of you" He fast tied it around your leg, and smiled. You felt pathetic, you couldn't even go a day, without him having to worry about your safety."Heavy I need your help. Please carry her to my medical wing" He was commanding, you rarely saw him like that. A big pair of hands slowly got placed underneath you, before they picked you up. The ground was moving fast past you. You didn't bother to say anything nor move. You got put down, in the same bed, you had been stuck to until just 1 day ago. "vell zhen" he said, and took of his rubber gloves, to put on a new pair. "let's fix you again, shall we"
