The School

I finished the letter sealed it and wrote Wally's name on it. I grabbed my bags and went downstairs. I said goodbye to Ronnie, Caitlin, and Troy. They made me promise to talk to them everyday.I really had no choice. Once the cab pulled up to the house I loaded my stuff in the car and got in."Can we make a quick stop before we get to the airport?" I said to the driver.He nodded and started to pull forward. We made a stop at Wally's house. I got out of the car, went to the door, and slid the letter through the mail slot. I got back to the car and we drove to the airport.I would be on a plane for a couple of hours.

Wally's POV

I woke up at like 7:00 because I was excited to go and see Tara like every morning. I ran to the kitchen and the saw a letter on the counter with my name on it. I could recognize the handwriting, it was Tara's. I opened the envelope and then the letter.It read,"Wally, By the time you read this I'll be gone.I'm leaving for New York.I got a scholarship to go and study skateboarding with Tony Hawk. I'm sorry I didn't tell you before. I knew if I told you before I wouldn't be able to go. I'm sorry, Tara." My heart fell. I got dressed, skipped eating breakfast, and ran to Tara's house.When I knocked on the door Troy answered it. "How long will she be gone?" "5 months," Troy said letting me in. Ronnie and Caitlin came in the room. I looked at them," New York. You couldn't of stopped her." "She wanted to go and she said it was a chance of a life time." Yeah it is. It just fair." Then an idea popped into my head. "What is the address of the school?" Ronnie pulled out a piece of paper and said," 295 Hawk Skate Boulevard . Why?" "I'm going to go see my girlfriend." I zoomed out if the house and went to mine. I packed a bag and some food for the trip. Once I was ready I zoomed for New York.
Tara POV:
When the plane landed I was so excited but I to try and stay calm so I didn't spill my secret. When I got to the school it was huge. There was like 5 half pipes and a swimming pool turned into a skate park. I soon found out that there weren't just skaters here. There were prodigies here and I was one of them. When I got to the dorms for the skaters I learned that I was the only girl in the skating program. That ment that I would have to share a room with a boy. He probably thought that he was better than everyone else. Once I was shown to my room I walked in and saw the typical skater room. On the right side of the room it was completely blank. I put my stuff down on my bed and started unpacking. When I finished I felt a little home sick. I looked over at my clock its was 4:25 at this time I would be helping Troy with Hus homework. I opened my suitcase and there sitting at the bottom of it was pictures. One of the whole team, one of me and Troy, and one of Wally and I. I grabbed them and placed them on my bed side table. Then the door opened and a boy with dark brown hair that peeked out of his beenie. He wore gloves with the fingers gone, a blue hoodie, blur jeans, and a green T-shirt. "So your the girl who can skate" he asked walking by me. "Yeah I am." I said ask stood up to greet him. "I'm Eathen" he said putting his hand out. "Tara" I said shaking hands with him. As we atoped shaking hands he asked,"So you any good?" "Maybe. It depends on your defatntion of good." Then my phone went off. I walked over to it answered it." Hello." "Tara how are you?" It was Troy."I'm good Troy. How about you?" "I miss you and I don't understand my homework." "Well then go tell mom and dad that you are going to need to stay up later so I can help you with it OK." "OK. Love you Tara."the he hung up. "Love you too Troy." I said sitting down on my bed. "Home sick?" Eathen asked sitting on his. "Yeah" "Little brother misses you. Never left been without you before." "Yeah. Wait no." "What do you mean?" "Yes he misses me but I have been away from my home for a while before." "Where did you go?" "Where I thought my house was. Wait he put you up to this. I should of known he wouldn't stop." I said yelling. "Who? What? What are you talking about?" "Don't act stupid the man with the eye patch." "You mean the man that is robbing all of the stores?" "Ah ha I knew it. How much money is he paying you?" Eathen backed away from me as I was getting crazier. "I've seen him on the news. How do you know him?" "I just do." I walked out of the room with my skate board in hand.

I'm so sorry I haven't been updating and I don't really have an excuse but I have been writing and I have a lot for this book I just haven't had time to put the story in but I'm doing it now. Hope you liked the chapter. Spoiler drama gets intense.
