He's In Love with Me!!

    Tara's POV:

 I walked downstairs and there stood Wally arguing with the kid behind the counter.  Finally the last thing  said was,"Because I'm in love with her," and it came from Wally. My eyes widened, my heart skipped a beat, and my face fell. I didn't know what to do. "You what?" I said cutting into their conversation.  Wally spun around. He took a step forward. "Tara, I didn't want you to hear it like that." "Wall,  why are you hear? I know you got my letter."  "Because that's was not a goodbye." "That was mine?" "If that was your goodbye then why couldn't you give it to me in person?" I took a deep breath to hold back the tears that were threatening to fall."Because I knew if I saw you or told you in person, I wouldn't be able to leave." "Tara, you just up and left you didn't say goodbye to any of us." "I know. I..I..I have to go," and with that I walked out the door. I walked to a half pipe and saw Eathen skating. I sat down on the ground by the half pipe and waited for my turn. When he finished he came up to me. "I'm ready to see how good you are." He said putting out his hand to help me off the ground. I took it, stood up, and said," Prepare to get upstaged by a girl." 

I started skating. When I was skating I could help and think about how Wally felt. He told me that he loved me and I just walked out like I didn't love him. Did I love him?  I mean he was there for me when I was sick, mad, sad. Not counting he believed I could do good, even when I thought I couldn't. He was one of my bests friends and my boyfriend. I know how it felt to be left without even a proper goodbye and I just did that to him. What kind of girlfriend am I? I snapped out of my thoughts when I realized I was doing a trick and my skateboard fell. I knew I could stop myself from falling but that mean't using my powers and I couldn't so I fell. When I hit the ground Eathen came up to me with a concerned look on his face. "Tara are you okay?" Now that made me mad. I fell and you asked if I was okay. I  looked up at him"I just fell from the top of the half pipe. Do I look okay?" I said sarcastically as I started to sit up. Pain shot up from my wrist. All I could think about is how I blew my relationship with Wally.

Wally's POV:

When Tara walked out I felt like an idiot.  I just told her I loved her and she walked away I didn't even try to stop her. I waited around to see if she would come back, but she didn't. I walked outside when I saw a crowd surround a skating thing. I think Tara called it a half pipe. I didn't even think about going over there I just ran as fast a I could back to Keystone City thinking about how I blew my relationship with Tara. When I got back to my house I grabbed my phone and called Dick. I needed to get my mind off of Tara. He came over and we started playing video games. My phone then started ringing. Dick(Robin) answered it. "Hello." Now who ever is calling knows I didn't answer.

Tara's POV:

I couldn't worry about my wrist right now I needed to talk to Wally. I got up of the ground of the half pipe and walked away like nothing happened. My wrist was killing me. I knew I sprained it. I went back to my dorm building to see Wally wasn't there. I turned to the dude who was behind the counter. "Where did the boy go?" I knew he didn't know Wally's name. The kid stood up and came over to me."Does it matter looks like your relationship is over.So how about I get your number." That made me furious. I knew my eyes filled with fire. I walked over to him, picked him up by his collar, and held him to the wall."Want to say that again?" His face went from a smirk to terror. When I relized what I did I dropped him and my eyes went back to normal. "YYYYou monster." He said as he ran out the door. I yelled,"Like I haven't heard that one before." I ran up to my room as fast as I could and got out my phone. I called Wally. "Hello." 

The person on the other line said. This was not Wally talking he never said"Hello" when he answered the phone. I miss when he says,"Hey babe," to me when I call him. "Who is this?" I asked. "Um. I'm not saying,but this is not Wally speaking." "No kidding Sherlock." "Tara?" the kid asked. "Wow did you finally look at the caller id. Put Wally on the phone." "Nope can't do that." "Why not?" I asked. "He's in the middle of eating."That wasn't a reason he's always eating."Put him on the phone." "Why? You don't want to talk to the other best friend you left behind?" It was Dick on the phone I just left him to without saying goodbye."Look Rob okay I'm sorry. I should have told you ,but then I didn't want to let any of you guys know because I couldn't say goodbye to everyone. That is a reason I would have stayed ,but I need to talk to Wally.I might have just blown that I'm DF." The call went dead."Rob. Rob." I said but then realized he hung up. I put my head to my pillow and screamed. The dorm room's door opened and Eathen walked in."What's wrong with you? Did you see the monster too?" 

I just looked at him. "What are you talking about?" I asked even though I knew exactly what he was talking about. The kid yelled it at the top of his lungs. "Some kid is going around saying that there is a monster on campus.It's funny. He is making a fool out of himself."  I lowered my head. "He ain't wrong." I raised my head when I said that. Eathen just looked at me. "Oh don't tell me you believe this freak." "He's not the freak I am." I said then the light flickered on and off. It then went pitch black."Oh my daughter I'm glad you finally agree with me." A voice said. I knew that voice. It haunts my dreams. "What do you want? I not looking for you anymore, but you follow me. I'm trying to get you out of my life for good. So if it is you don't hide in the dark because it won't keep you hidden for very long. There was a chuckle and the lights came on. I looked over at Eathen. His eyes looked like they were about to jump out of his head. I looked up and there stood Slade.
