even so the sun,
in its majestic glare
and radiance
creeping out of the world
hiding in ethereal
for nature speaks truth
of the real things in the world
even so with broken bird wings
in the horror of suffering
same with the once green trees
now lost the glory of having leaves
goodbyes are the ones
left for eternity
and it has been there waiting for you and me
