" just a little bit lower" Jane called out. I moved closer to the hole "good"she said and the seat belt came back up I hooked Nathan's backpack around my shoulder and threw the other end down into the hole Nathan grabbed it
"Ok"Nathan said
"Where ready" Jane called out I lowered myself into the hole hanging on by my hands and let go I grabbed the ledge of the hole, Nathan and Jane pulled me up I got up and looked around I was a long tunnel completely black. I unhooked the rope and threw it down the pipe we all looked down the tunnel in the cave we stood in I grabbed Nathan's backpack and took the extra cloth I had. I lite it with his lighter and walked forward with the lighted cloth in my hand as I got closer I saw two bright yellow dots. I walked closer the dots grew, a puff of air blew by my face my heart sunk I dropped the cloth and turned around and started to sprint back to Jane and Nathan who where sitting against the wall I helped Jane up
"Wh-" I helped my finger up to my lip and pointed down the tunnel I huge roar rang through the tunnel. Nathan pulled out two red flares from his bag lit one and threw one down the tunnel a huge beast emerged he turned around quickly and lit the other one and threw it down the pit it fell for several seconds.
" we won't make it" Jane said
I turned around around the beast started running toward us. I put my hand on janes back and pushed her and than grabbed Nathan and pulled him of the ledge with me we fell dapper into the black hole.
"Ahhhhhh" Jane screamed right before she splashed into a lagoon of water and then me and Nathan did. I sunk under the dark blue water I swam up to the surface and breathed heavily. I swam over to the side and laid on the sand Jane was already there I sat up and looked for Nathan I dived back into the water and swam deeper into the water Nathan was laying on the bottom of the sand unconscious. I grabbed his arm and swam up I started running out of breath I swam faster and reached the surface I dragged Nathan over to the sand and laid him down I felt his neck he wasn't breathing. I got over him and started pushing his chest he coughed water out. He laid there still and I got up the cave was lit up by a glowing light I walked over it stepping over jagged rocks I walked over to the light and looked around there was a stair case with glowing crystals on the celling. I walked up the stairs and reached up to the crystal when I touched it, it turned pink I pulled my finger away and it turned back to purple I was amazed I ripped the end of the crystal off I put a hand sized crystal in Nathan's back pack. I walked back down the stairs and walked over to Jane who was sitting on a rock.
"What's up there" Jane asked
"I don't know, want to come check it out" I said
"Sure but what about Nathan"
"He will be fine for a couple minutes" I replied.
I started walking toward the stairs Jane was behind me, we started walking up the stairs and she stopped amazed looking at all the glowing crystals I grabbed her hand and pulled her gently towards me we continued up the stairs at the top of the stairs was a metal door with a panel on the left side.
"Let's go get Nathan" Jane said turning around
We walked back down the stairs to Nathan who was sitting against the rock
"RUN" Nathan screamed
Confused I walked up to him and two people jumped out there was a girl and a boy about 20 the girl had a gun he pointed it toward me
"Who are u"she said
"We are just survivors just like you"I replied
"We aren't your enemies where your allies" Jane said
She lowered her gun " I am Naomi and this is my brother klaus.
