"Mommy, Michael won't give back my doll." Lily cried, "It's only because Lily kicked my truck." Michael defended, "Michael give Lily her doll and Lily say sorry to Michael" I said, "Sorry."
"Here" "Thank you" They went their own separate ways after, "Mist you are wanted." My husband came into our room, "By whom?" I ask, "Your mother who else?" Jake laughed, "I'll be there in a minute"
It has been 4 years since that day. Today is the anniversary of that event.
"Misty are you ready for the party later?" My mother asked, "Shoot I forgot" I said, "Well you better hurry up" Kellin, my knight walked in the room, "Have you chosen out Lily and Michael's clothes yet?" I turned pale and ran around looking for the twins.
I found them in the garden. They were fast asleep in the shade of a tree, "Wake up you two need to get dressed"
"Mommy where's daddy?" Lily asked. That was a good question, where is Jake?, "Doesn't matter let's get you two ready."
"Mommy why are we having a party? No one is having a birthday today" Michael asked while I put on his shoes, "Uhm today was..."
"Today was the day we created peace in the pack" A voice came from the door, "Jake go get dressed" I threw him with a hanger. He dodged, "You should get dressed too." He stuck his head out from behind the door, "Don't worry about me, just go get done. After all you were the one who ended it all." I smiled.
