Chapter Three

Eren's POV.

"What did you say, boy?" The raven man in front of the shaking boy stepped closer, the look he was giving was if he was a dog of some sort, looking at a cat or some kind of prey.

Eren knew the man meant bad, how could someone just lounge from on top of a house unharmed?! It just wasn't right..

Eren began to back up when Armin walked out. "Hey Ere- EREN!" The blonde yelled at the top of his lungs, walking foreword a little till heads turned on him.

"Armin! Get inside and get Carter!" Eren yelled going to turn his back on who -and what- he was facing, but he didn't. He just kept backing up little by little.

Armin stuttered and stood still for a moment, before taking a step back and slamming the door.

The man in behind him was in all dark, like the rest of them. Eren turned quickly, rushing towards a door close by.

Instead, his face got planted onto the wall close to the door. A hand was implanted on the back of his head. "You there, do not have authority to say no to me."

Eren put his hands onto the wall, pushing and trying to get away from this man.

A door opened and a loud voice was heard. "Eren! Carter said it was time!!" He obviously was freaking out, as usual for Armin.

The ravens hand moved from the back of his head to his neck. "What the fuck does that mean?" The man muttered, making a tch sound.

Eren fought and struggled, after a few attempts finally getting out and running to the church. To Armin and the young boy who was reaching out to him.

Things lunged at him, but as if something was protecting him he raced foreword. He grabbed the boy and shoved Armin before any of these things could get to him.

In the moonlight, a shadow was seen. The shadow was familiar, as if it was just yesterday he had seen the one behind it.

With the wind, voices are heard. Distinctively one in particular. "Don't give up." A mothers soft tone made him shiver slightly while standing with Carter.    

"Petra, get the young one." The raven ordered, again. Standing in the same place by the wall where he previously was.

"No. I will not put this young boys life in danger. He came to me, telling me a prophecy.-" as if on cue, the young boy spoke up from his arms. "-Meet in the caves at Dawn."

The red head who was coming closer stopped. "Carter.. Tell the older boy to let you down and come to sis.." They didn't look a like at all.

Carter shook his head, "No sis. I don't like being tested. The caves are safer than with you." The boy said, which made Eren wonder how did the boy escape them?

"What did you do to him.." He asked protectively as carter hung his arms around his neck.

"Nothing a human should know. Unless you want to find out for yourself." The woman said, grinning till the other male spoke up.

"No one, shall hurt him. Or touch him. Petra, leave him for now." The raven said as a brunette woman with glasses walked over to him.

She was talking a bit too loud, and Eren over heard. "Levi, we can't just take the two without the other blonde. He saw us too. He knows about us now, not entirely about us like him." The woman pointed over to Eren, making him tense up.

Eren backed up a little, grabbing the handle of the door. "What ever you hear, do not come out. Alright?" He whispered to the little boy who he was letting down.

Carter nodded, and once he was on the ground, Eren opened the door further and Carter ran in. He closed the door and pressed his back against it.

"Come here, Eren was it?" The raven, Levi, demanded.

Eren didn't want to. But he knew something would happen do his friends. Even if he did go, their lives were on the line. "You must promise not to hurt them. Armin, Carter, Mikasa or my friends." He stated as Levi stepped closer.

Levi stood still for a few minuets, staying in place. "No one, shall hurt your friends. If they do, they have to deal with me, and I won't be to kind about it." He sneered looking to the shadows.

Being cautious, Eren toke a few steps foreword, seeing clear faces of those in the shadows. Thinking of the voice he heard, he thought. That's something my mother told me long ago. When she passed.. He kept re thinking of that day. -"Hurry up." Levi's voice brought him back to reality as he walked further.

The piercing blood red eyes, and the longer knife-like teeth. Some were stained in blood. Others, white clean.

Eren stopped before the gate of the church. He looked down at the ground for a moment, only looking up to be face to face with Levi.

"W-What are you..? " Eren stuttered, taking a toll back. The slightly shorter male had red eyes. Which made his stomach cringe.

"We are vampires. I didn't want this life. But it was given to me, so I'll respect it." He answered bluntly looking at him.

"Your going to join us. Weather you like it or not." The shorter male had grabbed his wrist quite roughly, kicking the back of his leg causing him to fall over. Levi had pulled his arm around his back, taking the other arm too.

"Gunther, rope please." He said as if he held no emotion. Eren felt his arms being tied, the rope going tightly around the fabric of his shirt. "Hey! I don't have the same 'powers' you do!" Eren said furiously.

One of the men grabbed his arm and pulled him up roughly, making him walk along with the rest of them.

"You will not try and escape." The raven said. "Or I'll have you." He hissed showing and barring his fangs.

Great. What did I just get myself into.
