Troian's POV

Without a warning knock, Keegan flings open my trailer door. Sighing I stand up, "Please not now Keegan." Instead of answering he grabs my waist and pulls me closer. Our lips crash together and move in sync. He abruptly lets go of me and heads towards the door. "Wait Keegan what's happening with us?" I ask him. "You have Patrick. I ca-can't ruin that. And... I don't want to ruin our friendship," he starts before I interrupt him. "Wait, so that was just.... a-a goodbye kiss?" I ask as a single tear drops down my cheek.

The bold look in his eyes soften, "Not goodbye Troi. I'm not quitting or anything. But our lov-our thing. It needs to stop. I can't keep watching you run to Patrick when I can't be there." His eyes are clouded by tears, "You don't understand how hard it is for me. How hard it is to watch the person you love, run to someone else. How hard it was for me to congratulate you when you got engaged."

No more words are exchanged as he leaves the small, mobile room. I sit on the couch and exhale slowly trying to prevent the tears. I've cried enough for 1 week.

Keegan's POV

I stomp out of Troian's trailer, wiping my eyes with the back of my slave. "Hey Keeg-are you ok?" a tiny person asks me. "I'm fine, thanks for asking though Luce," I lie right to her face. "No your not. And shit you have a scene soon come on we have to take you to the make-up trailer," her smooth hand grabs my larger one. "No, they'll ask too many questions," I respond, pulling back. "Ok? Just... come to my trailer. I'm sure I have some stuff in there somewhere," she again grabs my hand before pulling me to the white trailer with her name on it.

She pushes open the door that says "Lucy Hale" on a golden star. Hm. I just realized how cliche those are.

"I know about you and Troian," she says nonchalantly. "What?! How?" I give her a shocked face. "I was the one who found out first. I convinced her to cancel the wedding..." she trails off, "You-you didn't know, did you?" I shake my head and plop myself onto her couch. Placing my head in my palms I breath out slowly. "I told her I couldn't do it," I start, "I couldn't handle us. I mean she's in love with Patrick right?"

"I don't know Keegs," then a devilish grin spreads across her petite face, "but I think she just needs that push." I lift my head up, "What do you mean?" I question her. "I mean you need to make her jealous. She needs to know that you're the one she loves."

"I don't know. That seems... cliche. And-and who would be willing to pretend date me?" I point out the flaws in Lucy's plan. "I'll do it. I mean my boyfriend and I just broke-up. And there was that thing a couple years back," she whispers the last part like it's a venomous phrase.

Flashback

"Well I guess I should've learned how to lie a little better."

The song finishes as our whole cast goes off in cheers, "That was great Lucifer." Hugging the tiny brunette she blushes. "Thanks Keegan," she responds to my compliment.

"So who's the lucky guy that got you to go all Taylor Swift on him?" I laugh throwing my head back. "Well... um," she shifts her weight to her other foot awkwardly. My laughter suddenly ceases. No there's-there's no way. "It's about m-me?" I ask taking a step back. "Keegan..." she says attempting to grab my wrist but failing because of her tiny, short arm. "I'm sorry Lucy, I just don't feel the same way," I turn my back on her. "I know," she whispers, "That's why I wrote the song."

I spun back around to apologize for being too straight-forward, but find her off celebrating with the rest of the cast.
