So my friend likes when people snort and laugh so I basically wrote this to make fun of her even though I love her and she knows it.
.
(Third person)

Ever since Olivia was little she always found snorting 'cute'

She didn't find out that it wasn't normal until year 6 when some girl in the front of the class laughed then snorted and Olivia whispered to her friend next to her asking if she thought the snort was cute like she thought it was. He friend just gave her a look of disbelief before looking back to the front with a frown.

Now it's summer, but Olivia is starting year 9 next year. So she goes to a friends house very often. One night she was half asleep and she heard her 'old' friend snoring in her sleep. The next morning he friend woke up and so did Olivia.

"You snore in your sleep." Olivia chuckled with a smirk.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry."

"No its fine. I think its cute."

Olivia's friend was silent.

"Sorry." Olivia whispered.

She called her mom 10 minutes later upset that she made things awkward and that she was different.

Sadly summer was now over and Olivia hasn't talked to her friend since that awkward morning, but somehow the rumor got out that she thought snorts where 'cute'

People in the hallways would snort at her and 'pretend' to be asleep in class and fake snore just to annoy Olivia.

One day she broke. She came home crying and not caring about a thing. Only sleeping her cares away.

The next day Olivia came to school with her head down before accidentally running into a girl that obviously dyes her hair too much. The small girl stood up dusting herself off before pulling Olivia to her feet. She muttered a sorry and Olivia did the same.

Only this girl was different. She didn't tease Olivia like the other kids. She didn't leave ether. They both stood there ignoring the weird glances they got from people in the hall hearing a few snorts here and there.

"I'm Olivia" she said confidentiality.

"I'm Cassie." The small girl said trailing off with a laugh and a small snort at the end. "Sorry."

"It's fine. I find it cute." Olivia said quiet. afraid of the girl leaving her.

"Is that so?"

"Yeah..."

"Yeah."

"You don't find that weird?"

"No I find it nice that you find peoples most self-conscious things cute."

"Oh.."

"Wanna be friends?"

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"Yeah."

This time Olivia was walking threw the halls with her new best friend Cassie hearing snorts only to snort back at them.

Only Cassie did it on accident.
