:::Bruce:::
"Good morning..."
I heard Ericka's voice as I woke up and opened my eyes. I had to blink my eyes to get them to adapt to the bright sun. Shaking my head a bit as if doing so would get my mind together, I look at Ericka's brown skin tone, shining in the sun, looking beautiful as ever.
She looked like the dark skin woman on the Black & Sexy poster with her natural kinky curls fro'd out like that. I smiled at her and shook my head again, sitting up in my bed, looking around my room to find it in a mess. Clothes were everywhere, trying to find something to put on to attend my boy, Brandon's house party last night. Unfortunately, I went there, and ended up bringing Ericka back home with me and couldn't even fuck her.
Normally, I'd attend clubs and house parties and bring a girl home and fuck her until the sun came out, but I just couldn't. Not Ericka. She was too special for that. I don't know what made me consider her special in just a few hours, but she wasn't like any other girl. She was just a beautiful black woman who deserved a little more than a one night stand. I ain't saying I'm trying to be with her or nothing. It's just that I see myself being cool with her and that's it.
Honestly, my mind is still on Tereny. I guess that's why when I kissed Ericka, I couldn't go on with the plans that I had for her on my way home as my fingers explored her insides. Instead, I just turned on some Netflix and bullshitted with her all night as to why I couldn't fuck her. She was cool with it, though.
"Good morning." I say back to her as I stand up from my bed. "Slept alright?"
"Fantastically! Your bed feels so good." She laughed. "I'm sure I'm not the only woman you've had sleeping in this bed." She said as she stood up, wearing nothing but one of my white wife-beaters and her silver colored panties. Her titties were bra-less and perky. They looked delicious on her petite little frame and believe me, I was tempted, but I knew better.
"Nah." I chuckled as I pulled my black Avengers shirt over my head. "Just one."
"Ah..." Ericka laughed as if she'd caught onto something. "Girlfriend?"
"Something like that." I answered her.
I looked at Ericka who was staring back at me with this excited smile on her face, making me laugh hard as shit. She was cute. Shaking my head, I grab my iPhone from off of my night stand to check my texts and missed calls. When I looked back up, she was still looking at me with that same face.
"Why you looking like that?" I ask her.
"Something like that?" She smiled. "You love her?"
"I mean, I guess you can say I did." I answered her, honestly.
"Then why isn't she here?" She tested me.
"Shit don't workout how we want it to sometimes. She had things she needed to work on and I got mine. Just wasn't the right timing." I say, really not wanting to put so much thought into Tereny. I really wanted to forget about her, honestly.
"I don't believe in right or wrong timing." Ericka said as she walked over to me with her exotic appearance, getting me all mesmerized. I had to dig my mind completely out of the gutter as she touched me and let her fingers trickle their way from my shoulder to my back and up my neck. "I believe in love. And when you love someone, there's never a right or wrong time. If things are meant to be, they'll be. It isn't because it's not the right time. And if you love her, don't you think you should be there for her while she tries to work on whatever it is that she's working on? I mean, when you love someone, their troubles are your troubles." She said to me as she made it from behind me.
