It was always there. The feeling of someone watching you, the feeling of someone constantly looking at you, knowing exactly what were you doing but you never knew why did you feel it or if it really was someone, you never knew who it was, not until one day.
Yuno Gasai, a popular, smart and beautiful boy from your class, he was never the person you'd expect to have interest in you yet when you grew paranoid you started noticing that he would take quick glances at you during the classes and coincidentally he would always be near you during lunch break and before the school. At first you thought that he had something against you but then you started noticing the small shine in his eyes every time he looked at ou and the smile he'd always have. Soon, for one reason or another, texts started arriving on both your email and your phone number. They were all from him. You didn't know how did he find your number nor did you ever mention any of your contact info yet you decided to dismiss it as some of your friends telling him. The texts were allways the same.

Your eyes widened as you saw the text. You were indeed bullied that day, you had bruises to prove it but you didn't tell anyone! Did those bastards brag about it? Quickly you typed with your hand shaking. There was no way this was good.

You dropped your phone in shock. It couldn't be true, right? Yuno would never do it, right? And in that moment, two simple sentences broke that little hope into tiny pieces.

You never ran so fast in your life, your heart was beating like crazy as you quickly locked every door, window and anything that could let someone in your house before quickly running to the phone to call the police. And then, your whole house went dark. No power? Now of all the times?! That was when you heard it. A loud hitting and then crashing sound down the stairs, your front door were knocked down. Then the footsteps echoed throughout your silent house, paralyzing you where you stood because of the fear.
"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! I'm here!" Yuno's voice was so cheerful, so light... Yet it made you shiver. Before you knew it, your eyes were looking right at those innocent looking pink eyes. Your gaze quickly looked at Yuno from heel to chin, catching a glimpse of a bloody hammer in his hand. You could only shake your head lightly, unable to even move. He just smiled lightly and kissed you on the lips. Closing your eyes you felt something small slipping in your mouth but you swallowed it, only to regret it a moment later. As he pulled away everything was starting to get blurry.
"Sleep tight, (Y/N)." His sickeningly sweet voice said as everything went black. Once you came to, the life you were was replaced completely. Your whole world was now consisting of a room without any windows to stop you from seeing the outside world and locked doors. It was filled with all that you loved yet it didn't give you even the slightest sense of happiness. And of course he was the only person that was a part of your closed world now. He would always treat you with care and love. At first you didn't accept him, you were constantly trying to escape, then you would start begging him to let you go but he'd never agree to it and once you gave up on being free again, you started accepting him little by little until you couldn't live without him. And so the two of you stayed together, until both of you faded away.
