Chapter 5

Ezra's POV:

"Erza?"

The first thing I saw when I woke up was that freaking pink hair.

I pushed Natsu's head away, "Get out of here." I was indignant.

"Why did you block it for him?" Natsu rolled his eyes.

"Because, uh, good question." I nodded, and  yelled, "Now give me a mirror, I need to see how I look."

Natsu went away obediently and came back with a mirror in his hands, and then handed it to me.

I looked into the mirror, there were band-aids everywhere! On my nose, on my face, and a bandage covering one eye.

I turned to glare at Natsu.

"Sorry." Natsu sighed, "I was meant to hit it to Jellal, so it was kind of hard..."

I clenched my fist, and I sighed, "Where's Jellal?"

"Here!" Jellal opened the door into the sickroom with a lunchbox.

I blushed and looked away.

"Um, I brought you some food." Jellal said awkwardly.

"Okay...Um, thanks I guess." I shrugged.

Natsu was glaring at him like he was going to eat him or something.

"Uh, Erza, thanks." Jellal smiled awkwardly, "And, um, don't do anything like that again."

"I know." I sighed and said.

"Got to go, bye." Jellal said quickly as he packed up his stuff and went out of the door.

"Hey Lucy!" Natsu was on a phone call, "Come and see to Erza!"

"No thanks!" I yelled.

"Ho ho ho really? Bring us some pancakes!" Natsu totally ignored me, and by the way, he sounded like a Santa Claus.

"Lucy you're the best!" Natsu cheered, and I feel like tearing him into pieces.

Lucy's POV:

"Lol, see ya later Natsu." I smiled.

Natsu isn't so bad after all, he's kind of cute.

Unlike some dumbasses, for example, Jellal.

How could he possibly be dating a girl in front of my FACE!?

I'll make him jealous.

Girls aren't that cute when they get serious huh?

I prepared some pancakes and headed out to the hospital.

"Lucy!" Natsu was yelling right on my face when I walked into the sickroom.

"Ya, hi." I said, putting down the lunchbox.

Then I saw another blue lunchbox beside mine, it's Jellal's.

I clenched my fist, but I faked a smile and said, "Come on, Natsu, Erza, I brought some pancakes!"

Natsu picked up a pancake and gulped it down, as he picked up another one and fed it to Erza.

"No thanks, I know how to eat." Erza said.

I twirled my hair around my finger and watched them, it's just like watching a comedy.

"Lucy!" Natsu said suddenly.

"Yeah?"

"Do you wanna go for a walk? Erza says she needs some peace." Natsu smiled.

"No I didn't you son of a-" Erza spat.

"Let's go!" Natsu took my hand without being embarrassed and hurried out of the door.

"Lucy, what do you like about Jellal?" Natsu asked suddenly, as we sat on a bench outside of the hospital.

"Nothing." I said.

"Then, why do you care about him so much?" Natsu asked.

"I don't." I looked away.

"Well, I care about you." Natsu said, there were bitterness in his voice.

There was a moment of silence, as Natsu spoke again, "I would dye my hair for you if you don't like the color of my hair."

Is this suppose to be a joke?

I barked out a sarcastic laugh.

"Lucy... I..." Natsu stammered, as if a little surprise of what he was talking about.

"Ya?"

"What's your favorite color?" Natsu asked.

"Natsu, I like your hair color."I said, "I don't want you to change anything for me."

"Really!?" Natsu beamed, "Lucy, I like your hair color too!"

I laughed, "You idiot!"

I like this guy, he makes me feel a lot better.

"Lucy, um..." He opened his mouth to say something, but stop himself just in time, "Nevermind."

Then, the appearance of Jellal made me uncontrollably ran toward him.

And I didn't hear the sound of heartbreaking.

Natsu was heartbroken.

"Jellal!" I stopped in front of him, catching for breath.

He turned, I was relieved to see warmth in his eyes.

"Lucy." He smiled.
