I chased after Cameron, stopping in front of him. He looked so scared, his eyes bloodshot, his hair was a mess, and his whole body was shaking. He leaned in, but pushed me into the grass. I see him sprint into the foggy mist. I quickly get up and chase after him again.

"Cameron!" I yelled worried,"Cameron, where are you?!"

I heard a loud bang coming from my left. I stopped and heard it again. It sound like it was coming from the woods. I was about to keep walking when I heard someone.

"Nash, help!" A familiar voice said.

I ran into the woods, bumping into trees, tripping over logs, and pretty much hurting myself.

"Cameron!" I screamed heart racing.

I heard a muffle cry and a door sliding shut. I followed out the sound out of the woods and to Cameron's house. I tried to open the sliding door, but it was locked. I peered into the house and saw trails of blood.

"I'm hoping Cameron's sister is on her period," I said to myself.

I heard a loud crashing noise coming from inside. I didn't care anymore, I backed up and broke through the glass. I ran upstairs, following the trail of blood. It lead to Cameron's room, I opened the door and I see Cameron on the floor tied up and bleeding. I turn him over so I could see his face.

"Cameron, please wake up," I said slapping his face.

He was out cold, so I looked through his drawer for his pocket knife. I finally found it and started cutting the rope. I put the knife in my pocket just in case. I grabbed his hand and pulled him up, putting his arm around my neck.

I peek my head out, luckily nobody was around. I quickly walk down the stairs and was almost home free when I felt something hit my head. I fall to my knees, seeing broken glass starting to hit the ground. I turn around and see a man with black clothing. My vision was blurring so I couldn't see his face. I stand back up and sprint out of there with Cameron on my side.

He then grabbed my shirt, taking Cameron away from me. He pinned me to the brick house. I whimpered in pain from the sudden shock of soreness in my back. I squeeze my eyes shut, not wanting to look upon his deformed face. I felt being dropped to the floor, so I open my eyes to see the man taking a knife out and putting close to Cameron's temple.

I don't know how, but my second wind came. I lung myself towards him, and tackled him to the ground. We wrestled for a while, but I manage to pin him to the ground. I picked him up and slammed him into the wall repeatedly, until he was knocked unconscious. I looked at the man, out of breath, then picked up Cameron and ran into the woods.

When I got to my house, I dragged him to the couch. I went into the medicine cabinet, looking for the first aid kit. I finally found it and ran back to Cameron.

I took off his shirt off exposing his deep cuts and bruises. I grabbed some rubbing alcohol and a cloth. I cleaned the cuts and bandage them. I look down and see blood all over his jeans. I unbuckle his jeans and take them off. He had cuts all over his jeans. One of the cuts spelled something.

Unloved

I couldn't believe it. Cameron Dallas, my best friend, first of all cute himself and second thinks he's unloved. I bandage that up and grabbed a permanent marker drawing a piece of cake.

Cut cake not wrists

I washed his clothing, waiting for the paramedics to arrive. I put a blanket over his almost naked body. I get the hair out of his face. I see his nose twitch like a rabbit. Finally they came and took him away. I was too much in shock to even move so I just watch them take him away from me.

It's been like five minutes since they took Cameron away. I been panicking, thinking of the worst possible scenarios that we're going to happen.

"Nash, calm down," I thought to myself,"He'll be fine."

I go upstairs and I look through the drawers. I went into his drawer and took out his sweatshirt from his merchandise. I stare at it at first, then hugged it, smelling his cologne. I feel tears pouring down my face. I hug the sweatshirt tighter, letting the cologne feel my nostrils. It put me somewhat at ease.

*An Hour Later*

I couldn't take it anymore. I put on his sweatshirt and went to the hospital. I drove fast, not stopping at any red lights. I ran to the front desk, rambling, and the front desk person not caring.

"Can you please direct me to Cameron Dallas?!" I asked irritated.

She looked about in her early twenties. She looked up at me, blowing a bubble. I take one of the pens from the holder and popped it. I leaned over, giving her the death stare.

"Listen princess, hate to burst your bubble, but I just want to know where my friend, Cameron Dallas is," I said politely,"Did that get through your thick skull?"

She rolled her eyes and grabbed her clipboard, looking through it. She kept looking through it making me more aggravated. I tried to stay calm because she might be new here, but an evil smirk spread across her red lips.

"Give me that!" I said snatching the clipboard.

I looked through it and finally found his name and the room he was in. I look over at her and she was blowing another bubble and once again I popped it. I gave her that evil smirk and headed to his room. I walked in and Cameron was asleep.

I smile at him, finally knowing that he's okay....
