Project: Getting revenge

Its time....

"You ready?" I ask.
"As ready as I'll ever be." Mel replies.
"Let's go." We step into the hall, immediately blasted with music. We find Mike and Daniel almost immediately.

"You look beautiful." Daniel breaths in my ear. I shiver at the proximity, and glance over at him.
"So do you." I reply. He laughs.

"I wouldn't describe me as beautiful. Hot maybe. Sexy even." I roll my eyes. "Boys."

"May I have this dance?" He holds out his hand.
"With pleasure." I take his hand and place my other on his shoulder. He moves my hand that's in his to his shoulder, and I out my arms around his neck. He places both his hands on either side of my waist.

He smiles at me, and I gaze at his lips. I didn't notice he had a lip ring, weird. His eyes lock with mine, and l blush, knowing I've just been caught checking out his lips. Awkward.

"Don't worry, I was checking out your lips too." He whispers in my ear, nibbling on it. I jump, and he chuckles. "Ouch!" I exclaim, rubbing my ear.
He laughs and licks it. He frickin licked my ear. "Eww!" I squeal. "You licked it! Daniel, that's so gross!" I laguh. He laughs with me, but I catch Tanya giving me and Daniel the evils. "What's wrong?" He asks, following my gaze.
He frowns then slowly a smirk forms on his face.

"Hey." He holds my face, so I'm looking at him. He leans forward and places a soft gentle kiss. "What are you doing?" I ask.
"Something." He says, pulling me closer into him. I start kissing him back aggressively, and he meets me with equal passion.
"Eww you guys!" Mike says, as we break apart. I shove him. "Shush."

"Ooh! They are announcing the king and queen." Mel says as Mr Henry comes onto the stage.
"Kids! Whose having fun?" --silence--
"Who wants to know who the king and queen is?" There is a loud whoop from the crowd.
"Okay.... King is..... Kyle Simons!" Kyle grins cockily and walks onto the stage. Arse.
"And the Queen is.... Tanya!" Tanya smirks and goes up.

"Wait, actually! No! It's not Tanya! It looks like Tanya has been disqualified for dirty playing." I gasp.
"So that means it's.....Phoebe Brighton!" My eyes widen.
"Well? Go up!" Says Mel.

I walk up to the stage. "Do you want to do an acceptance speech?" He asks. Normally that would be the last thing I would want to do, but I actually have something I want to say.
"Yes." He hands me the microphone and I thank him.

"Um hey guys. For my speech I'm just going to tell you a little sort of story. At the end of May someone broke my heart by cheating on me with someone I thought was my best friend. I didn't take it well, and to make it worse, all my friends sided with the girl I thought was my friend and didn't believe me.
But friend, if you are listening right now, I want you to know that I don't hate you, you are still my friend, I was pretty angry at you, but you are still my friend, and friends are forever, right?" I give Tanya a small smile.

"But, this is supposed to be an acceptance speech, so there are three people I want to thank: You know who you are, and you are the best friends I could have ever asked for. You supported me through a hard time, and you are the most loyal, amazing friends ever. Thank you."
I hand the microphone back to Mr Henry. "Thanks." Kyle has a shocked expression on his face. I guess now he can finally understand how much he hurt me. I smile at him and wait for Mr Henry. He puts a crown on our heads and hands me flowers.

Long live the king and queen." I look over at Mel and we start cracking up laughing.

I walk down from the stage and over to my friends. They immediately engulf me in a massive group hug.
"You guys are the best." I smile.
"Aww." Mel, Mike and Daniel say in synch.

The end.

Boom!
So getting revenge is finally over, It's very cheesy I know!
But ah, oh well, I like it!

I feel like it was too short, but the whole purpose of the story has been fulfilled, so there is really no reason to continue it.
Hope you all enjoyed reading about Phoebe, Monica Daniel and Mike's story!
This is the first full story I've fully completed, which is slightly scary!
