As I began to wake I hear voices 'I bring him too now' said a faint voice
"don't worry doctor I can keep him under control," said jack his voice clear and with it the panic of not knowing where I was vanished 'in the alpha, we trust' said my beast who was being a lot more vocal lately
"yes well that will be much-appreciated jack," said doctor Ivan in his thick Russian accent
"I still can believe you let him fight like that," said Alana as I began to open my eyes I was in a hospital bed probably the one in the basement of the packed house
"he didn't let me do anything I chose this don't go putting it on your da" I said and Evilin who has been sitting on the chair to my right jumped up on the bed hugging me "hey little one" I said hugging her to me feeling the fear and panic she had felt through our bond "hey now it alright I am right here and nothing is going to change that" I said taking her panic and replacing it with my love
"you scare me like that again and I'll be the next one to put you in one of these beds," said Evilin into my chest and then sat up and shuffled down to the foot of the bed and sat there both Diana and jack had smiles on their face
"that goes for both of us," said Alana sitting down beside Evilin
"and I shall do my best to avoid scaring both of you," I said and then turned to alpha "so what happens now sir," I asked and he shrugged
"Revlon and his kids will want vengeance for their brother oh and Catarina is upstairs waiting for you," said Jack and I nodded
"when will I be fighting Revlon," I asked jack smiled
"not until your healed up," said jack
"I need a date," I said and jack paused
"why?" he asked
"just do it and trust me," I said
"Okay you have two months," said Jack and I nodded
"I recommend you announce that to the pack before I do what I am gonna do," I said and jack looked confused but then I felt the pulse sent through the pack a message, not it works but if you looked at me through the pack bonds you would feel the alpha's eye on you
"so what are you going to do" asked jack
"this" I said and I pulled my self up and crossed my legs and took a deep breath in and out and focused on my body until I couldn't even hear our feel everyone else in the room and I focused one my body until I felt my own pulse going through my body following it then I came to my ribs and three of them are broken and then I focuse on them and cast my mind back to what my father had told me about lion healing 'imagin that your body is like a pip system and the damage is a blockage you need to unblock the pips and let the energy continue to flow' said the memory of my father but as I tried it would change I tried pushing at it like increasing the pressure of the water but the blokage wouldn't release 'remember your subconiouse mind knows whats wrong so stop over thinking let your instincts lead you through it' okay so what are my instincts it's a blockage not it like steel a steel plate pushed through the pip and I need to..... melt it away I need to heat up shift maybe okay, as I begin to shift mucuiales migrating to knew places and bones that normally broke and rehealed now melted until they were nearly were like water and then they began to shift healing the broken bones, god, this hurts and then I moved on.
Once I was done I exited the room with everyone and shook doctor Ivan hand "thank you doctor" I said and he seemed shaken
"I have seen many things in my time child but very few have been beyond my explanation" he said and then nodded to jack and left but paused "if that worked like I think it did he need a lot of food and soon" and then left I fold smell his fear and it made me hungry and I shook my self 'he is a friend, not food' I told my beast and then Catarina came down the stairs jack stepped forward to stop her but I stepped quicker and came face to face with her
"why you already took everything eh want was that not enough for you," said Catarina her voice breaking and through the pack bonds I could feel her pain it brought a tear to my eye
"Catarina, I did what I had too survived your brother wanted to force jacks hand into killing me and weither you believe it or not here it some truth I don't hate you or your family well maybe your father but I didn't want this your father had been pushing your brothers into attacking me from the day I came to the pack" I said and a tear began to form in her eye "I know its hard but listen too your heart we both know who is to blame here talk too your father keep him from getting your other brother killed please I don't want to have to kill another pack mate" I said and she looked up at me rage and pain in her eyes but if you looked past that you saw what I did you saw understanding and resignation to the facts that had been layed before here and once she knew I had seen it she turned and left, once she had left I felt something rob me of my strength 'we are out of energy you need to feed us our body is shutting down' said my beast as I collapsed but jack caught me
"We need to get you something to eat," he said and I nodded.
