I heavily sighed. I lay here on my bed, staring blankly at my lime green ceiling. Days have passed since the day I haven't dropped a bouquet of flowers on the LeBeau's front porch. Surprisingly instead of feeling great, I feel forlorn. I messed up my brown hair with pure irritation.

"Argh!" I moaned frustrated. "Fuck you Bea! I...I can't stop...thinking about...you" I whispered to myself, realization hit me hard.

"I don't like it... No I love it." Apparently my older sister Vannie decided to be my life's playlist at that very moment.

"Yo Finn!" She said giggling whilst opening the door to my door.

"What? You think you're a gangster now that you've said "yo"?" I said sitting up and chuckling.

Her nose flared and she smacked me in the head. "Oww Van. What the heck?" I responded rubbing my severely injured head. She rolled her eyes. "So what are you doing here?" I asked.

"You're such an idot. Of course I live here!" She said, once again smacking my head.

"No, I mean what are you doing in my room?" I replied, shaking my head.

"Your mom's back." She said faking a smile.

"What do you mean my mom's back?" I asked nervously as to what she meant by MY mom.

"Dad's wife before "mom" mom." She said in a cringe worthy way. You see 18 years ago today dad decided to marry Rachel, my real mom

and a year later they gave birth to a very sexy little lad, me. Then when I was 10 they divorced and dad surprisingly won custody

over me. That was the happiest moment of my life since I could never bear the idea of living with my mother who cheated on my dad for

3 years and decided to get married a day after their official divorce. Then when I was 12 dad married his best friend.

(which was awesome)Lily who is my step mom got a divorce because her past husband abused her. We immediately moved to Vannie and mom's home a week before the two tied-the-knot. Vannie was 19 at the time so I didn't get to see her often. Though in the summer we got close and well became the best of siblings.

Although to this day I can't get over the fact that it was Bea's step uncle. Yup that's right that's the dude mom used to get the "needs" she didn't get from dad, and he dumped her after a year and moved on with Bea's widowed aunt.

"Oh." Was the only good word that I could manage to say.

"Good news though, she doesn't want anything to do with you and dad." Vannie said as if it was a really good thing. I gotta admit though, I miss mom... Mom's cooking. Dad's cooking weelll, 4 out of 10. But thank God my step-mom cooks like the head chef of a 7 star hotel.

"Is there bad news?" I asked curiously, knowing my sister well.

"Yup." She said rubbing her index finger with her thumb. "The good news was a lie." She clarified standing up.

"And, you'll be having dinner with her, together with dad." She said in a pitiful voice. "Goodluck...?" It was more of a question than it was a statement.

Oh Van, you and your unforgiving ways.

"You know what, I don't need to go." I said matter of factly to mom and dad.

"Fine." Dad said smugly and a with a bit of jealousy. All of us excluding mom were obviously forced to go to a family dinner.
