Second times a charm

I havent been doing POVS but i might in this chapter ok :)

     Ever since last night, i've been thinking about Sam. When i'm around him i get butterflies, and i pretty sure i like him... But i screwed it up last night by turing down that kiss.

     I wake up and decide to chill with mom. I go downstairs after getting dressed. I hear my phone go off in my pocket and see it's my mom, and answer it.

 "Hey hunny! I got called to fly out to AZ. I'm soooo sorry! But ill be home in a couple of days and ill stay home ok!? Love you!!"

"Oh ok love you too"

     Another week without mom.... So i call Hailey only to find out she is visting family down in Kansas. I did meet a few other friends latley but everyone is bussy. I assume Sam doesn't want to hang out because of what i did, so i go outside to the pool (did i mention that earlier well if not theres a pool in the backyard) I run upstairs and slip on a bandeu type swimsuit. Once im out to the pool i plug in my phone and get in the water.

          I'm in the pool for about 30 minutes before i realize my phone is vibarating beside me and shows i have 5 text. 4 from Sam and one from Kian

(From Sam); Hey! Want to come over and hang out with me and Kian? (:

(From Sam); Collins answer meeeeeeeeeeee ;)

(From Sam); Whats up????

(From Sam); Are u alive?

(From Kian); Hey Sam says you won't answer his texts so he told me to text you off mine. You can come hang with us at his place.

   I am a little shocked that he texted me. I thought maybe he thougth i for sure didn't like him after that kiss reject. I decide to hang out with them anyway because i have nothing to do and i really do want to hang out with Sam.

      I text Kian and tell him ill be over in ten. I change into so high-waisted shorts with a shirt that has a cat on it and some red vans.

     I walk over there and knock on the door. Sam answers it with a huge smile. He invites me in. I see Kian on the couch so i sit by him.

"What do you guys wanna do today?" Sam asks with sitting by me.

"Oh damn! My mom texted me and told my i gotta get home! See ya" Kian joggs to the door.

  "Well i guess it's just me and you" Sam says with a slight wink.

"Yup... Just me and you"  We sit there for a moment and i gather my thoughts.

   So i do like Sam... And he supposably likes me...

"What do you wanna do?"

"Um...... We can go skating if you want?" Sam suggest

"Well i'm still not the best but sure!"

    We go outside and Sam has a few boards so i choose one. He gets on it a shows me a few tricks. But instead of landing one of them he falls right on his ass. I can't help but let out a samll giggle.

"Hahah you try it!" He says while brushing himself off

"I'm still not very good"

"Well i can help" He says with a smile. I get on a show him i can only go half way down the drive way. "And i can't turn!"

     He walks over and puts his hands on hips to steady me. I probably look lke an idiot because i'm blushing like crazy he. He helps me learn how to turn until i get it down.

"Well you've got it down! Wanna go for a ride??"

We get on and start riding. We ride for about 30 minutes until we are both tired.

"We should go to the beach and watch the sun set" He asks

     We get there and sit on a log. The sun starts to set and Sam grabs my hand. We watchit until a tiny slit in peeking over the horizon. Sam looks at me dead in the eyes and our eyes lock. And all of the sudden our lips lighty press together. I feel like im gunna die.( That was my first kiss btw). After the kiss he looks at me and and lets out a small laugh, then says we should be heading back. We skate back and he drops me off at home. I thought maybe he would kiss me again but he hugs me then waves goodbye

     All i can think about was that kiss though. Did i do i right? Was it good? Probably not. God i screw up everything.

****SAM'S P.O.V****

    All i can think about is Dalanie. The date went really well and that kiss. Thats all i can think about. I should of kissed her before she left. Oh well ill make it up tomorrow

I skate back home and plan out what we'll do tomorrow. Kian texted me earlier and said one of his friends is having a get together and all of o2lwill be there. Dalanie hasnt met them yet so ill ask her to go so she can meet them. Im sitting on the couch and i start to lie down when i hear paper crunch beneath me. It is a note from mom and dad saying theyll be out of town to vist grandma for a while... Well i guess more time to myself.
