3rd Person POV
The day had come. Kushina Uzumaki was giving birth to her first children. Minato Namikaze was trying to sustain the Kyuubi inside the seal in his wife.
"Waaahhh! Waaahhh!" Was the only thing heard for some time.
The newborns were giving their first ever cries in the Shinobi World.
"They're a boy and a girl!!" Announced the wife of Hiruzen Sarutobi.
Suddenly, a whirl with evil chakra came to sight. Out of it, came a masked man with a menacing aura around him.
*skip battle and Kyuubi extraction.*
Its been a while since Kushina and Minato sealed the Kyuubi in Naruto. They hoped to train Mito to be the 'jailer' of Naruto if he went berserk. They knew that Naruto didn't have the chakra to keep the Kyuubi at bay like her mother. Casually, Mito does have that chakra. There was no way that Naruto could hold that beast at it's prime.
They just finished announcing the victory and loss of many lives. The villagers cheered while some families grieved for the loss of their loved ones.
Yes. They survived. The 3rd Hokage jumped in to have the shinigami extract his soul instead of Minato's.
Hiruzen Sarutobi hoped that his sacrifice would mean something to Minato. He hoped Naruto was treated as a hero since he was the container of the Kyuubi.
But it NEVER crossed his mind, that destiny had different plans for the adorable little blob of sunshine.
