The heavy sound of the bass dropping filled Niall’s ears as he was pulled into the overcrowded club by his best friend Louis for the second time this week. It was a Friday night so everyone was out for a good time. Well, accept for Niall that is. He was so jam packed with studying for finals, which were next week, he barely could think about anything other than what the square route of 256 was. Its 16 if you’re wondering.

“Niall, I’m going to go grab the first round of pints. Wait for me over by the corner,” Louis shouted over the blaring music making him have to strain to hear what he was saying. Niall nodded and he and his friend slowly distanced themselves until Niall was waiting for him to come back. Surely a night off from studying wouldn’t hurt his chances of passing too badly, right?

Niall leaned against the wall, placing one foot on the ground to support his weight and the other on the black brick. It was hot. Really hot and seeing he’d barely even done anything yet he started to wonder how wasted he should get. If he started moving around much more he’d be sweaty pretty badly, Niall noted, so he decided he’d just watch tonight. It wasn’t like Louis wouldn’t drag him back here ever again.

His eyes watched the crowd of people, searching for his friend when his eyes met a pair from across the bar. He had clearly just walked in seeing he was with a group of friends. He had curly hair and when the strobe light hit him Niall could see it was a perfect chocolate brown. He couldn’t make out the color of the new lads eyes, but he knew he was beautiful.

It was no secret Niall was gay. He had come out the first day he started going to college.  Sure some people were disgusted, but Niall chose to ignore them. It’s kind of funny how he had met Louis actually. Niall had walked into the dorm for the boys and bumped into him. He had smiled at the tan skinned and blue-eyed boy, blushing slightly before apologizing and hiking his carry-on bag higher up on his back as he waited in line for the elevator with his three suitcases behind him. His parents couldn’t stay and help him unpack seeing they were on a business trip so he was stuck in line.

Long story short, when he finally made it to his room he found out the guy from downstairs he had bumped into was his roommate. They had grown close in the year or so since starting UNI and don’t let anyone get in the way of their friendship.

Niall was pulled from his thoughts when he felt Louis’ presents near him and he smiled as a foamy beer was thrusted into his face.

“Thanks, mate.” Niall smiled as he scanned the crowd again for the curly haired lad. Louis furrowed his eyebrows as he took a sip form his beer before he smirked.

“Already found the first victim of the night?” Louis teased. “Flirt, dance, lead the poor guy on, leave before anything can be exchanged, repeat?”

Niall blushed. He didn’t mean to do it. So what if he wanted to stay somewhat pure for the special day? Sure he’s felt up a guy before, given and received quite a few blowjobs, but nothing more than that.

“Louis,” Niall warned as he pulled his eyes from the crowd and downed the rest of the beer before setting the glass down on a near-by table. Louis smirked and took another sip from his beer.

“I saw a pretty fit guy walk in a few minutes ago. I might have to leave you to find him. Hopefully I can get him back to the dorms without getting caught later on,” Louis winked and Niall groaned. Oh yeah, Louis swings that way too…most of the time.
