-Many awkward conversations later- {yeah this is in the guy in spongebob's voice}

Her parents leave along with Ed and she finally gets to talk with Gordon. She thinks she's do better if she called instead of texted him.

He picks up on the first call.

"Marsha" he breathed out on the phone and she took in a sharp breath then muttered a " hey"

" look. I know you weren't exactly in the best of moods yesterday and I know it's because of me and I'm sorry. But I'm just cursed as an idiot okay?" he said in one breath and she chewed on the insides of her cheek.

" You're not an idiot Gordon"

" Yes I am. I can't even start a good conversation with either saying something disgusting, pissing you off or hurting you. But I just can't stop talking to you.......I guess you wouldn't understand that-"

"I do"

" What?" he asked in a sharp intake and she sighed finally agreeing to what Bethany had told her earlier.

" Remember what I sent you before I blocked you?"

"......yeah?"

" It wasn't an spell error" she finally said and waited for him to laugh. Although she thought no matter what he said she wouldn't care. It was the complete opposite. She was actually praying that he thought more of her than her body.

" You.....like me?"

"I like you"

" Prank?"

"I'm not fücking pranking you Gordon. I like you"

"But why? I thought you hated me"

"You think a lot of things when people don't speak their mind"

"Oh" he said quietly and she ignored the pricks in her chest as she grumbled

" If you don't feel the same then whatever but I just had to tell you"

" What the fück are you talking about? Of course I like you"

" Me or my body" she said a bit anxious to hear his response and he took in a sharp breath.

" What?"

" Do you just like me for my body like everyone else or do you like me , the person?" she asked and he answered without missing a heartbeat.

" Both but your sassiness intrigues me more. Why did you ask that?"

" I just had to ask"

" Was this why you hurt yourself? Cause you think I only like your body Marshmallow" he asked and she chuckled nervously.

" I'm stupid.  I know"

" oh my God"

" Can we please forget this odd heart to heart moment and get back to the point where I tell you to fück off."she joked and he sighed but it was like she could hear the smile in it.

" Whatever babe. I'll talk to you later. Night"

" Night Gordon"

" Kissy face"
