Chapter 17- Ultron

Percy's P.O.V

Upbeat music was playing and people were laughing as I helped Natasha behind the bar, I was bored and she didn't mind, when Clint came over and the two started to flirt with each other.

After every one of the guests were gone we were sitting on the couch, I was twirling a drumstick and the others were all chatting.

Clint started to talk about that lifting the Thor's hammer was a trick and when Thor told him to go ahead he asked if he actually good which Thor responded with the go ahead.

Clint got up and I heard some grunting but I didn't hear him gloat or anything making me know that he failed.

When Clint couldn't Tony got up and acted a bit cocky while I was smiling imagining what was happening.

When Tony couldn't lift it he said he would be right back and when he was back I heard the workings of the Iron Man arm and I could only smile brighter when I heard that Tony was having trouble and somehow managed to get his friend Rhodey to help also with his War Machine arm.

They both failed at lifting it.

Bruce tried and failed.

Steve got up next and I heard a small movement but no one gossiping on the fact he lifted it so I knew he failed but he was the closest one to lift it so far out of everyone.

When it was Natasha's turn she turned it down saying, "Oh, no, that's not a question I need answered."

When they asked me I responded with, "Nope, not gonna try." I said leaning into Natasha.

Tony said, "All deference to the Man Who Wouldn't Be King, but it's rigged."

Clint supported it by saying, "You bet your ass."

Maria pointed out, "Steve he said a bad language."

"Did you tell everyone about that." Steve asked looking at Tony who responded with, "The handle's imprinted, right? Like a security code. 'Whosever is carrying Thor's fingerprints' is, I think, the literal translation."

Thor responded by saying, "Yes, It's a very, very interesting theory. I have a simpler one. You're all not worthy."

All the people who tried to lift the hammer groaned and some responded with, "Oh, come on."

I plugged my ears before the others as I felt Natasha shift her hand to my shoulder, "Percy what's wrong?" but she stopped when the noise hit the others.

My brain was hurting, because of being blind it is a known fact that our hearing is better and right now it really hurts.

A voice rang out in the room as the ringing dialed down along with sounds of metal moving, "Worthy."

The only sound was that of moving machinery and as it stopped it seemed to have turned around saying, "No. How could you be worthy? You're all killers."

"Stark." Steve said

"Jarvis." Tony responded with

The voice came back, "I'm sorry, I was asleep. Or I was a-dream."

Tony whispered slightly, "Reboot Legionnaire OS. We got a buggy suit."

The voice rang back out mostly drowning out Tony, "There was this terrible noise. And I was tangled in...In...Strings. Had to kill the other guy. He was a good guy."

"You killed someone?" Steve asked

"Wouldn't have been my first call." The voice said, "But, down in the real world, we're faced with ugly choices."

"Who sent you?" Thor asked

Tony's voice came out but it was like it was a recording, "I see a suit of armor around the world."

"Ultron." Bruce said with slight amazement in his voice as the now new voice who was Ultron said, "In the flesh. Or, no, not yet. Not this chrysalis. But I'm ready."

I heard Thor tighten his grip slightly and someone cock a gun and I was ready if anything happened using the water in the room.

Ultron kept talking, "I'm on a mission."

"What mission?" Natasha asked

Ultron responded with, "Peace in our time." with that something came through the wall and by hearing the mechanics and the shape that was represented it was Tony's Legionnaire suits.

I heard a table being flipped but I couldn't do anything with everything disorienting especially because a sort of ringing was slightly louder for me and instead Clint pushed me toward the door and I got the message, get to safety.

I hid behind the piano with Dr.Helen Cho.

Gunshots were fired and Thor was using his hammer as a sort of bat.

I heard Tony grunt and glass breaking.

Bar glasses were also breaking and more grunting.

More gun firing and grunting along with someone punching metal, most likely Steve.

I heard flying and a grunt and some wall breaking.

Clint left and some more glass breaking along with the firing of the Legionnaires.

I heard Clint say, "Cap." and the sound of Steve's shield going through the air. It stopped for a split second before it was directed another way before hearing the machine break.

Ultron broke the silence by saying, "That was dramatic. I'm sorry, I know you mean well. You just didn't think it through. You want to protect the world but you don't want it to change. How is humanity saved if it's not allowed to evolve? With these? These puppets. There's is only one path to peace. The Avengers extinction." With that I heard Thor's hammer being thrown and more machinery being broken.

Ultron's voice talked once more but it was like it was dying, "I had strings, but now I'm free." with that it died down and Clint helped me up and I could feel his eyes checking over to make sure I was ok.

I'm back and yes I know I haven't updated in awhile but I want to finish this book off meaning once Age of Ultron is over this book is complete until another movie or something comes out...
