~Wolf POV~

Nathan and I have barely been apart. It's been a day. We've talked about a bunch of things and cuddled a lot. But I've recently been thinking about something.

Something in the serum that have me super strength, is causing me not to age. But Nathan does age...

I immediately teared up at the thought if me outliving Nathan. He seemed to notice and set his red team magazine down and pulled me closer to him. I immediately hugged him tightly trying not to cry.

"What's wrong wolf?..." He asked worriedly while rubbing my back. I shook my head no and moved closer to him. He held me a bit tighter and rubbed my cheek.

"Wolf what's wrong?" He said while pulling back to look at me. My eyes had tears in them and were red, and puffy.

"I just... Thought of something..." I said quietly. He kissed my forehead softly and rested his chin ontop of my head.

"And what would that be darlin?" He asked softly, his southern voice smooth like a quiet river.

"That... I just... I'm gonna outlive you... I don't want to live without you..." I said while a few tears had made their way down my face. He frowned and wipes them off with his thumb.

"Than let's enjoy the time we have together..." He said. I shook my head again.

"No I'm not leaving you. I'm not going to leave you again..." I said. He kisses my cheek, then my nose then my head. He made me look up at him and I stared into his eyes.

"Wolf. I know you'll never leave me again. Which I'm mighty glad for that too. But when I'm older... And older than I am now I want you to try and find someone else. I don't want you stuck in me. You still have your life ahead of you" he said. I teared up more and frowned hugging tighter.

"I'm not ever going to do that Nathan. Your the only man I has ever loved. And I'll be damned before I love another person" I said sternly. He smiled slightly, a crooked smile of his that made my heart leap.

All of a sudden I could hear a small buzzing noise coming from my helmet. I sighed and got up from the bed, causing Nathan to look at me. I went over and picked up my helmet and placed it on my head.

"Wolf here" I answered. Not really my usual voice. Kinda a deeper voice that sounds more professional.

"Hello Wolf. Have you gotten the assignment done yet?" The deeper voice said. I froze and swallowed slightly. I had totally forgotten why I'm here...

"U-uh not yet sir..." I answered. I could hear a slight growl of aggravation.

"Your my best soldier. And I know you know better than to disobey my order. I'm giving you there days to get the job done, before I send Felix there to do it. Am I understood?" Locus said. My eyes watered slightly.

"Yes sir..." I said slightly. He hung up without any regard and I slowly took off my helmet. The reason I'm in Blood Gulch is, I'm supposed to kill the leader of the Red Team...

Nathan...

"Wolf what's wrong? Who was that?" Nathan's voice asked worriedly. I turned to him and just hugged him tightly.

"I'm not gonna do it I swear! I'm never gonna hurt you!" I said sobbing. But if I refused than Felix would be sent here and I would be tortured again for disobedience...

Nathan seemed to freeze but he rubbed my back gently.

"Wolf what happened?.." He asked while kissing my cheek. I sighed. I swear this day has given me too many tears.

"I forgot why I'm here in Blood Gulch... I came here with a mission..." I said while looking down. Nathan put his finger under my chin making me look at him. The green eyes that I can't resist.

"And what mission would that be?.." He asked while strong into my eyes. I broke the eye contact and looks away when I replied.

"I have to kill the leader of the red team..."

He seemed to tense up slightly but he stayed close to me.

"And would you do that?" He asked. I shook my head slowly.

"No I couldn't. But you need to hide somewhere. If I for complete this mission than Locus and Felix are coming here and finishing the job themselves... Please Nathan I don't want you safe" I explained.

"Who's locus and Felix?" I flinched slightly. I really do hate those too but I have no choice but to work for them.

"There mercenaries that I work for... After I escaped from Project Freelancer" I explained. He nodded in understanding. After a while I still couldn't convince him to get out of Blood Gulch.

"Listen Wolf. I love you with all my heart. And I respect you with everything. But I will not leave my men here. I'll stay and fight if I have too." He said strongly. I sighed and shook my head.

"Your more stubborn than a fucking me Nathan" I said with a smirk. He smirked at me and hugged me.

"Only for you Wolf"

Sorry for the cliffhanger!! And sorry it's so short! This story is probably just gonna be like a short story I guess. Not that many chapters but a semi good plot I guess. We'll please comment your ideas! Plus the 3rd book from my 'You're my family' series thing might come out. I still don't have a name or plot so I have nothing so it might just end with the book come help me. We'll I hope y'all have fun while reading this. Love you jackwagons!
