"Nick can I please talk to you?" You ask your best friend Nick, you've known him since you were little. Lately he's been acting quiet, and not acting normal.
"Y/N I can't talk right now." He answers, you look at him with pleading eyes, he has seriously been worrying you. You are sitting behind him while he's playing a game on his computer.
"Nick, you haven't been acting normal!" You said starting to get upset.
"That's because...." he pauses for a moment before continuing to play online, " just, it's not important right now." He sighs.
"Whatever..." You sigh and stand up, you can't handle not talking to him. He's been acting weird ever since you started dating this boy named Josh. You grab your backpack and start to make your way outside.
"Y/n wait." Nick says stopping you before you walk out the door, he leans down and gently kisses your lips.
"I'm sorry I've been acting weird. It's just I didn't know how I could tell you this, " he looks down, " y/n i, I love you...." He blushes and you stand there shocked. You've liked him since the day you've met him, but you've kept it a secret because you didn't want to ruin your friendship.
"I love you too." You smile and kiss him.
