I woke up.
I had a bad cold, so I stayed home from school. I had a glass of water when I woke up.
I then made myself an iced mint tea. I weighed myself. I had gone down 2kg. This made me happy.
I then did a workout to try to lose more weight or at least to maintain what I had already lost. I got hungry and I had some bran flakes with almond milk. That was 130 calories.
Then the binge happened.
I had a strawberry yoghurt, with granola.
That was 200 calories.
Then I had mushroom soup.
That was 264 calories.
I had 594 calories in just a few hours. I felt disgusting. That was already half of my planned calories per day.
I am trying first to have 1000 calories a day. I know that's a lot to other skinnier girls, but compared to the amount of food I'd have in a day, 1000 calories was very little.
I looked in the mirror and the flat stomach I had seen in the morning was gone, and all I saw was the fat girl again.
