My friend's OC

Well you see, Taiyou and I decided to do a little art trade. So we drew each others' OCs. Her drawing of Neru was adorable!! She has drawn it so many times for meee~! They were all awesome cause she made the clothes and hair perfect.
I'm getting off topic. I drew Ceelzia, Taiyou's OC. Even though this looks absolutely nothing like her....... Ω_Ω
