Yummy smoothie tip

When you fancy a lovely, cold smoothie or milkshake, but don't have time to prepare it, use this little tip.
Keep a bag of frozen berries (rasberries, already cut strawberries) or  sliced bananas in a container or freezer bag. This way you can just bung the pieces in the blender, add milk and yoghurt/icecream, give it a whizz and BOOM!
Nearly instant smoothie!
