When showering, use all that lovely steam to your advantage. Wait till the end of your shower to cleanse/exfoliate your face, so there's time for all the steam to open your pores and release the dirt that causes blackheads. Then simply wash your face to remove all the dirt and *ahem* grease that has been loosened from your pores by the steam.
