I invented this* and it's mega easy to do. This is a recipe for and iced latte. I have a coffee machine at home, so I use a single espresso for this recipe, but if you don't have one just use a small, not quite full teaspoon of instant coffee dissolved in about 50 ml of boiling water.
Ok here's what you need-
• Instant coffee/single espresso
• Boiling water { if doing instant coffee }
• Sugar { optional }
• Ice (obviously)
• Small china cup
• Glass
• Teaspoon
• Straw { optional }

STEP ONE- make the instant coffe espresso thingeh in the china cup**.
Add sugar if you want it now so it can dissolve - it won't dissolve properly in cold liquid.

STEP TWO- let the coffee cool for 5 mins**. Then pour it into the glass.

STEP THREE- add the ice and stir with teaspoon. Top up to the desired height with milk and stir a bit more to chill the whole drink. Add straw and ENJOY!

**You have to do it in a china cup because if you put anything too hot in glass it will shatter because it's not a very good insulator, whereas china is. That's why you always drink hot stuff out of china mugs. Yay!! Science!!!
