Chapter Twenty-two- Finally

The ride to the church didn't take that long. We stopped and got out to look into all the green and purple decorations, with hidden orange and and red. For food we decided to have roasted chicken with cooked potatoes. And dessert were just cookies and chocolate. We wanted to keep it as simple as it could, because we didn't think it was needed to. We kept the reception simple too. Dance and such.

"Hi" I hear Louis say tapping the mic. He gets everybody's attention.
"Well hi everybody. As the most of you know is that I'm Maya's man of honor. And the bridesmaid or the man of honor always holds this very long speech, right? Well shall we start with day one and then go on" Louis smiles and starts walking around.
"Well we actually sat at that restaurant where she used to work. But first. all you guys know that Niall and she actually started talking through twitter? They skyped and all. Yeah we lads didn't understand that" he laughs and takes a deep breath. He looks at me and smiles brightly.
"Heck they even started the relationship before they met. I always joked with Niall that she could be a man... He just laughed at me. He's so stupid" Louis stands next to me now.
"Well yeah that day at the restaurant. She came in and took our orders. She had that crazy lilac hair. God forbid I wasn't allowed to call it purple.Well she had quit her job to hang more around Niall. Isn't that crazy? Well she was going to study in England. Lucky her if I may say so. But well she joined us on the tour. She just took more room if anything" people start laughing.
"Well later on Niall got to busy to go with her to this swimming park. So I went along with her. We had to talk so we did. And she is a badass! She is so cool, so I decided to let her be my friend. But she isn't as cool as me" he says and points at himself. I elbow him which earns some more laughs. I know that there are some lies in the story, but who cares, the rest is more like the truth.
"We become more and more closer. Which then ended as becoming best friends. And this so worth it. She's so fun to hang around with. thank you Niall for finding my best friend, but not only did I get a best friend out of it, but you got a wife out of it. The wife that will deal with the spiders while you scream" Louis says and Niall just laugh at Louis.
"Well how do you even end a speech? Well this how I will end it. Potato" Louis says and bows."
"Oh wait! No I also want to congratulate the married couple and hope that it will be everlasting. Potato" he says and then hugs us both. He gets close to our ears.
"Remember she is mine too" he whispers and then goes and sits down at his own place. People start clapping and I look happily at Niall. I try to take glances of Louis and Harry too. I kind of feel bad for them.

Well the night continues and we all dance. But o got a bit tired so I went to the kitchen and decided to drink some water.
"The bride shouldn't be here" I look up to see Harry come up to me. I smile ad bring him in for a hug.
"yeah well the bride isn't even getting a honeymoon. But the bride is happy anyways because she will be the one to decorate the new home" I say and look into Harry's wonderful green eyes.
"How can you be so breathtaking?" We both say at the same time. We laugh for a minute in each other's arms and then I return to drinking my water.
"I got pretty jealous when he kissed you. Can I get a kiss too?" he asks me and I look at him and then lean in to kiss him. He puts his hand on my cheeks and brings me in closer to him. His breath is warm against me and then our lips touches for a brief moment before he quickly backs away from me and grabs a glass. I stand there confused but then the door opens and somebody from the kitchen staff enters.

"Ah sorry I forgot something here"a boy says and enters the kitchen.
"I know my working hours are gone, but I forgot a watch here" The boy works it way to the hangers and he grabs the watch that is hanging there.
"Looking great Mrs Horan" he says and leaves. I totally forgot that I'm actually now Maya Horan... So close to Maura. Ah... I lean towards Harry's ear. His body is tense as he doesn't like the fact that in the world's eyes that I'm Niall's.
"In the bedroom I'm Mrs Styles" I whisper and Harry looks down at me and smiles.
"I like the sound of that" he says and laughs.
"but The bride should go back out before anybody starts wondering where you went" He says and I nod.
"I should" I say and finish my water. I leave the kitchen to see some kids running around nearly tripping me over.
"Calm down kids the place is not on fire you know" I say and laugh at them. Maura walks over to me and looks at me with tear filled eyes.
"You look so beautiful today" she says and brings me in for a hug. I gladly accept the hug and then she leans into my ear.
"Want to hang with other boys before you and Niall leave?" She asks me.
"That's not what the stepmom should say isn't?" I say and she just pats my back.
"Who first?" She asks and my mind goes to Louis considering I just met Harry.
"Well I should linger around for a while before I met Louis then" I say and look at him. Maura nods and smiles.
"Can an old lady like me take a selfie with you?" She asks and I laugh gently.
"Sure, but you are not an old lady you even look younger than I do" I say and she elbows me.
"Oh stop it" she says and laughs along. She takes her phone out with her and we pose.
