Harry's pov

Jennifer walked in the hospital room, again. You know, to be honest, I don't think she likes me much, cause she rolls her eyes at me like everyday.... Jennifer looked at me, and right on cue, she rolled her eyes, "Harry you have been in here for 4 weeks straight!, go home already, get some rest!". I was surprised, I mean could she not see the bed I was sitting on! I have obviously gotten sleep here! "No thanks Jennifer I'm fine, I'm staying here until Raylynn wakes up". "IF she wakes up Harry! And thats a big IF! Ughh You know what, fine but don't expect her to come crawling back to you, she's... umm..... stubborn that way". "I never EXPECTED her to come back to me", "then what the hell are you doing here Harry! Leave!". I looked at her with astonishment, "no I'm staying right here! I'm not leaving her, I already did that before I'm not doing it again!". She looked furious , but she kept her mouth shut and instead turn around and stormed out. "Goodbye to you to Jennifer! " I mumbled under my breath.

~3 hours later~

Raylynn's pov

I shivered, it was cold in the white, solitary room I stood in. My eyes searched the room, but stopped when they fell apon the tall, dark boy I had seen earlier, he was sitting by my bed.... and I was laying beside him.... I could see myself! I shook my head, this couldn't be real! But it was, I was pale, bandaged, beaten, weak, I looked almost dead. I had sharp needles stuck in my arms, long white, blue and clear tubes hooked up to me, there were several monitors surrounding my bed, and two vases of flowers , on the table at the foot of my bed.... I walked closer to the flowers, one was from Jennifer, and the other was from a... Harry. I looked up and walked over to the boy in my room, "are you Harry?", he didn't respond, he didn't even flinch. I went to put my hand on his shoulder... but it went right through, as if I had missed him completely.

The doctor walked in and looked at me, well at the me laying in the bed, and then at the tall boy sitting on the cot that was pushed up against my bed. The boy was holding my hand in his, he had it held up by his mouth, I could see a tear fall down his cheek and hit my hand. The doctor coughed " what's your name?" the boy holding my hand, looked up and quickly wiped his teary eyes "The names Styles , Harry Styles... you must be the new doctor". the doctor nodded, "are you her boyfriend, fiance, brother, or something? " I looked at him surprised "umm NO!" i screamed no one even flinched, again , they couldn't hear me, Harry looked back down at the me in the bed and kissed my hand "no, I'm not any of those, not yet at least, but I love her, we used to be together, 4 years ago, but... she left, although I never forgot about her, or stopped loving her. but I think she's moved on". I was astonished, I've never seen this guy in my life, or I don't think I have..?.

Harry's pov

The doctor looked up at me again "soo I guess your the father?", "Huh? What are you talking about? ". "according to her files, she has a 3 year old daughter", "I was with her 4 years ago, I... she...we both left, she wouldn't of cheated. Which means, she was pregnant when she walked away, and I was th... the...the father". I stuttered, saying it for more my confirmation then anyone else's. "indeed, you are" "umm, not to sound ungrateful, but can I get DNA test on her daughter, to be sure?". " Well, she already had one done, and you are the father". My heart was racing, and I smiled, for once in the past 4 weeks "what's her name?", the doctor looked down at his clipboard, "umm Cordelia Darcy... Payne". "Soo she gave the child her last name.....wait! Where is Cordelia now!?" I kissed Raylynns hand again and got up. " umm she is at the child care facility downtown". "Can you write down the address for me?" , "Yeah sure, here ya go". I grabbed my leather jacket, and walked over to Raylynn, I kissed her forehead "Ill be back soon, I love you". Then I turned and walked to the doctor, "thanks" I shook his hand and grabbed the address.

'Let's go see your daughter Styles'. I thought to myself well smiling the whole drive there.
