Ashlynn POV
Chanel why? I whined as she grew clothes at me

It's a surprise. She said hovering clothes over my body to see if they matched

She gave a smile and pushed the clothes into my arms shooing me out.

After I got dressed
I walked outside and got in the passenger seat. Chanel hopped in the driver's seat with a smirk on her face.

Where are you taking me? I asked looking at her from the corner of my eye

I told you it's a surprise right? She said pulling out the driveway

I sat back and relaxed.

Chanel POV || At the Restaurant
I served Ashlynn RockyRoad ice cream and kept talking about Jr. trying to give her the hint that Rocky is suppose to be here.

But she just blew it off and smacked on her ice cream until I felt a tapped on my shoulder and heard Ashlynn drop her spoon into her bowl with a thud.

I looked up at Rocky who was watching as Ashlynn got up from her seat.

Please just hear him out. I begged grabbing her hand as she was about to walk away

I'm still kinda busy trying to find out who the father of my child is. She said sarcastically and snatched away from her

Ashlynn-he started and was about to grabbed her

And you don't even talk to me! She spat I could kinda hear her voice caving

Chanel take me home. She said but I didn't move

Listen to what he has to say then we will leave. I said and got up heading to the car

Ashlynn POV
I sat down and picked back up my spoon eating my ice cream

Ashlynn I shouldn't have believed Deja. I was just so blew back at how to told me you were 100% down with me. I had to have a reason to leave you. But I haven't seen you or Rakim in damn there 7 months. This shit killing me. It's bad enough I your gone but my son. Hell no I can't take that. He said never once looking at me

All of a sudden he's your son? I asked wiping my mouth with a napkin

He sighed and finally looked at me.

Okay. So what you want the daddy of the year award? I shot at him and he clenched his jaw

I want my family back. He said seriously

I damn there died of laughter.

I apologize but to be honest Ashlynn I need you. My career is taking off and can't no one handle be like you can. Just let me try again. Let me show you that I can and will make you happy. He said taking my hand

Rocky. I'm going back to Harlem ina few days. Ill talk to you then because I'm really not over my son being fatherless for 6 months! I yelled sliding my ice cream bowl full on melted chocolate at him making it fall in his lap, I jumped up and walked away

Rocky POV
I deserved that. I said as I unclenched my jaw and stood up

I wiped as much of the ice cream off as I could and whipped my hands making the chocolate fall from my finger tips

I walked out and hopped in the car heading back to the hotel to change. Then I'm off you the airport.

In Harlem
Aye you think this gonna be enough? I asked setting down the final rose

Nigga it's 1000 of them. Dom said in a duh tone

I know but I just wanna see her smile again. I haven't saw it in months. I said thinking of her making a smile come over my face

My nigga in love. Dom patting my back

For once. I said laughing

So you wasn't in love with Ashlynn before? He asked

No. I loved her but I was never in love with her. But now I'm IN love you her and Ima give her the world. I said fixing a rose

I grabbed my blinking phone off the counter.

Ash😪: I'll be there is 20 minutes.

Aye nigga leave. I said pushing Dom to the door

I fixed my button my shirt and fixes my braids and gold chain.

35 minutes later
She walked in looking like a white goddess. She was dressed in all white and she looked beautiful.

She walked in and her face lit up at the roses. She walked over to them touching them lightly with her finger tips. She smiled and caresses them with a few sniffs.

She came back to the table and I pulled the chair out for her and pushes her in.

Damn you light. I said going back to my chair

When you stress you drop weight like that. She said snapping her fingers

Ashlynn tell me all the things you never did. Like what highschool you went to...what your parents were like....what shoe size you wear...I just want to get to know Ashlynn more so I know exactly how to act when you become mines again. I said running my finger tips around the rim of my cup

After our Talk
Well I have to pick Rakim up. She said as her slight laughter went away

Not in my car. I said catching her off guard

In yours. I said before she could say anything

I handed her some keys and left the room before she could say anything else.

I watched from the window as she freaked out as she pulled her Chanel and Gucci bags from the car. She did a small dance causing me to laugh. She ran her fingers over the matte black hood and she looked around.

We connected eyes and she gave a huge smile.
