Chapter 5 Lawrence manor.

Tory was surpassing many thoughts in her head, she wanted to figure out what type of person Luke was. As of this moment she was standing in Luke's room, breathing his air, wondering what will happen next. 

"Is Ellezebeth here ?" Tory was scared of being in a room with just Luke, who was trying to find anobject.

"Don't worry we'll go to her, my brother is just checking her blood sugar again." Luke was calm and started to walk further into the room.

"Is your brother a doctor ?"

"He has his PHd and is skilled in many factors for the human body, but yes he is a doctor that works at home, I always used to call him a freak because of his science fair projects."

"Well look where it's got him."

Luke stop walking and turned to Tory. He waved to get her attention. And as Tory walked towards Luke, it was as if she was in a museum of artwork, paintings even old books that were stacked on top near the ceiling as you walked by.

"This is the hallway of harmonious. My grand father built it and painted every piece of artwork in this hallway." Luke was unsteady.

"This all looks so extravagant." Tory was amazed.

"My parents never step foot in here, my father didn't even grow up here, this was my grand parents home."

"Where is your father... I'm sorry for asking you that question." Tory's words slipped through her tongue.

"My father moved to an all boys school in London when he was three and never ever came home, he went to university in the states for his cooking skills, married chef Marie Denoir, my parents had three children to whom they never speak to. Now he owns the most famous restaurant in the world." Luke sat down on the ground surrounded by books.

"Harsh isn't it having no parents around, but deep down they love you."

"After Olivia was born, my parents became busy with life. They only want us to be happy."

"You guys lived alone, here in this house ?"

"This house was never this empty, my grandparents took care of Harold, Olivia and I when my parents left for Paris. My grand parents are somewhere in Africa. They took their boat and set sail to have an adventure. Well at least Austrialia isn't that far away." Luke was getting emotional but stable.

"Your family is captivating." Tory was amazed by Luke's family and wanted to know more.

"We should go to Ellezebeth now." Luke lead the way. Tory followed Luke as he walked towards the double doors. Slowly closing it, Harold walked by with a telephone that look like a nineteen forty's telephone from a movie.

"Its Rosalinda, your nanny, she is on the telephone, I insist you stay for dinner." While handing the telephone to Tory, Harold smiles with such delight.

"Rosa please don't get mad, Ellezebeth just didn't get her ice cream and it started to rain like a waterfall." Tory was scared.

"Oh Tory we want to know if you are safe. Your parents are trusting me with you girls. Well be home as soon as possible, the time is already six o'clock. " Rosalinda was a worried mother on the telephone.

Just as Tory was about to speak, Harold takes the telephone off of Tory's hands.

"Rosalinda, may these children have dinner with us, I'm sure they are hungry from all if this commotion. I will have my brother send them home after." Harold sounded sophisticated.

On the telephone, both Tory and Luke can hear Rosalinda yelling over the telephone on their safety. With Harold's charm the girls had permission to stay for dinner.
