Chapter 5: The very first date...

Hey guys, the next few chapters are going to be shorter than the first four, cause I’m like studying so I don’t really have time to write so yea enjoy ~

Faye's POV: 

" Mom! " I said walking to the kitchen. 

She looked up from her laptop " yes sweetheart?" 

 "Jake asked me on a date today"

She closed her computer and hugged me " my little girl finally got a guy who isn't afraid of her! Michael! Faye has a date with Jake Parker!" My dad ran down with pure happiness, he picked me up and swirled me around like what Jake did. " Finally one guy you didn't scare away!" He said laughing. 

" Alright, I'm going to go jogging, bye! " I ran out of the door as fast as I could. Jogging and music is just so peaceful. It's like the saying ' Put on your earphones and ignore the world'

-3 hour later (6 pm)-

Still Faye's POV:

Stepping into the warm tub, I soaked in the water before draining the water and going into the shower. I washed my hair and let it dry naturally. I didn't like doing anything with my hair. 

My phone beeped and I checked it was from Jake.

~Hey :) Wear something cooling :D~

I went into my walk-in-wardrobe, and flipped through my clothes. I decided to wear a blue shorts with a white cropped tee. I picked out some blue vans and a blue moustache, my phone cover was also blue and it was Cookie Monster, I tied my hair into a fishtail braid alone with some blue hair extension and put it over my should onto my left side. My nails were already blue with one nail on each hand having a moustache. I had a few white and blue bangles on my right wrist. Satisfied I looked at the clock.

6:55 PM 

I grabbed a purse and my phone and went to the living room. My father took a snap of me before running back to his office.

7.00 PM 

Ding-Dong, Ding Dong!

I walked to the door and Stared at Jake. He looked gorgeous. He was wearing a V-neck with a checkered shirt over it and skinny jeans with some high top sneakers.

" Come on, Faye let's go" He offered his hand and he led me to his car. He opened the door and let me in and closed it before going to his side and getting in. I put on my seatbelt, and blushed a little. We drove for a while in a peaceful silence, and he suddenly took off the smooth road onto a rockier one. I looked around at the forest and the nature. 

I gasped, "It's so natury" He glanced at me and chuckled, " wait till you see where we're going " I gave him a questioning look and continue looking at the scenery.

That's when I saw it, it was absolutely breath taking. The meadow was decorated with small little Christmas lights hanging form the trees. It was a small meadow but it was beautiful. The colours of the little flowers glowed in the evening sky. The sky had turned into an orangey-red hue spread across the sky.

Jake parked the car at the side and told me to wait in the car, before going to the back and grabbing some stuff at the back and placing it in the center of the meadow. He jogged back and opened the door for me. But I was too amazed about the meadow I didn't notice he opened the door. Realising, that I was not moving, Jake picked me up bridal style and gently placed me on the picnic mat. I stared at the sky that was slowly turning to night .He sat down beside me and laid down. I copied his movement and stayed looking at the small stars appearing in the sky. 

" It's beautiful Jake, " I said in awe still looking at the sky. " Not as beautiful as you " I blushed and realised how cheesy that sounded. He chucked " You look so cute when you blush " that made me blush even more. I gently pushed his shoulder " Stop making me blush! " 

He smiled before sitting up and taking a piece of grape and popping it into his mouth. He took another one and put it into my mouth. We ate and chatted laughing at some stuff we said. But after a while, it was getting quite late, so we had to go.

-At The Saskias House- 

" I really enjoyed my time Jake, thank you, " I said and I kissed his cheek before saying goodnight.

I laid down dreaming about tonight and soon falling into a deep peaceful slumber.

Jake's POV:

She liked it! I have successfully pleased her for the first date! Hell Yea

I jumped on my bed and fell asleep with a big grin on my face
