Chapter 7: The waterfall and ........

Helloooo! I don’t know if you like Jake and Faye but yea soon you will find out…

Faye's POV:

Beep Beep Beep 

" Shut up " I groaned

Beep 

" AGH " I slammed my hand on my alarm clock.

" Damn, it's 10 "

*1 New Message*

~Hey Faye :) Pick you up at 6 pm ;)~

Ah I remember I have a date with Jake. I lie on my bed and staring at my ceiling. 

Maybe I can choose what I wanna wear. 

I walked into my closet and look at my clothes. I picked out some British flag leggings and a grey sweater. I put a black converse beside it and placed an Oreo necklace on the table. 

I went to my spa and soak in there for half an hour before showering and stepping out. 

12 PM 

" Faye time for lunch! " one of the cooks called from the kitchen. I put on some sweats and a t-shirt and ran down. 

-After lunch and wasting time-

5:30 PM

I combed my hair and put on my clothes and walked down.

5:55 PM

5 more minutes....

I walked into the kitchen and drank some water and ate a cookie. 

6:00 PM

Ding-Dong, Ding-Dong! He is always on time....

I placed the cup in the sink and walked to the door. I opened it to reveal a very fine looking Jake. He wore a shirt that clung on to his ... muscles? OMG he has abs! I didn't realise I was staring until he cleared his throat and I looked up and he was smirking.

" You look beautiful Faye " I blushed and he took my hand and guided me to his car. He, being the gentleman he is, opened the door and I sat in. He walked to the other side and got into the drivers seat. 

We drove to a sort of forest looking area. It looked kinda creepy seeing the shadows cast by the endless trees are pitch black. I shivered looking at the trees. Jake saw me shiver and caught my hand in his and rubbed circles on my palm. I relaxed seeing that Jake would be here.

We drove till I could see a light ahead of us. The area casting the light was a lake. A crystal clear lake, with a waterfall at one of the ends. 

He stopped and opened my door before locking his car. We walked to a boat and he held his hand, gesturing for me to take it. I held onto it tightly as I stepped on the boat.

He rowed the boat towards the end of the waterfall." How did you find this place? " I asked, making ripples in the water with my hands." My grandfather owns this lake, we used to come here everyday and we even have a secret hideout" He stopped on the other side of the lake and got out, we walked towards the waterfall.

I gave him a questioning look, he pointed towards the waterfall. That's when I saw it. It was a cave with vines covering the entrance. I pushed through the vines and there were beanbags and a small table in there. Food was placed on the table and there was even a television. I sat on one of the beanbags and he sat on the one across me. " My grandmother taught me how to cook, so I learnt and this is what she taught me." I looked at the food, it looked delicious, " Are you sure we won't have food poisoning?" I joked. He looked at me with an are-you-serious-look and I started laughing, soon he joined in and my stomach hurt from laughing.

-After we finished dinner-

" Come on i wanna show you something " I followed his and realised there was a staircase in the wall. We walked to the staircase and there was a huge room with a glass roof. There was also mats were you could lie on. 

" I wanted this room to be an observatory, so we renovated it. "

I looked around and then to him. He was biting his lip, like he always does when he is nervous. He was just staring at me. I raised an eyebrow at him and he spoke again," Can I ask you something Faye? " I nodded and then he got on one knee and took out a small pink box and opened it. I gasped, it was an infinite sign with the words Faye and Jake engraved on it. " Will you be my girlfriend Faye Saskia? " I grinned and said, " I would be honored to " He grinned and took the necklace and placed it on my neck. Then he smashed his lips on mine. 

My whole world stopped. I, Faye Saskia have found someone who likes me, even though I am like a threat to society. He still likes me. And he is my first kiss. 

He let go and placed his forehead against mine; still smiling like an idiot I may add. " That was my first kiss you know Jake " he chuckled and said " Me too " He picked me up and went to his car. He placed me in the passenger seat and drove home.

-At home- 

" MOMMMMMM! DADDDDD! " I screamed running in. My mother and father burst into the living room looking at me worriedly. Seeing me smiling, " What happened? " I pointed to my necklace and my mom stepped closer to me to get a closer look.

" Oh my baby's got a boyfriend! I'm so happy for you, where is Jake! Call him to come here! " I laughed at my mom. " He's at home , mom " 

She ran to the phone and called Mrs. P I guess. " Marcy! Hi! I know, our child's are growing up! I want to invite Jake over for dinner tomorrow ok? Yea, 7 PM! Ok bye! " I went to my room and changed out of my clothes. 

I got a text from Jake when I checked my phone.

I smiled and fell into a deep sleep.
