Back in Flames

The next day, I took a walk in town. As I walked past the ruins of Shredder's place, I noticed something glint in the sun. I shifted to wolf form, and dug in the dirt, and dibree. I saw a leather cord with a golden dragon on the end. I picked it up. it was impossible. I had destroyed it! I stared at it. Then I climbed up to a roof. I could have my elemental powers back. I could be...me again.

I sighed, and slipped the cord around my neck.

I suddenly felt energy, and power surge through me. I erupted in flames. I laughed with joy. I looked at myself. Suddenly a urge went though me to fly. I grinned, and shifted to dragon form. suddenly the dragon took control, and I flew, fast. far far away. I flew to a mountain with snow. I landed on a ledge of a cave, and shifted back. I looked up at the amazing temple above me. I jumped to the temple, and walked around. It was trashed! I heard something behind me, and spun around. a middle aged guy stood there. "why are you here?" He asked. "honestly...I don't know." I said. He nodded, and smiled.

"My name is Kyle Wincott." I gasped. "your the one whoo left the letter." he nodded. "So, what is this place?" I asked, looking around. Kyle hung his head. "This used to be the place of peace. Where the dragon councle stood in power. but they did not stand forever. "They trained young acolytes how to use the golden Dragon amulet. I have vowed to stay alive, and teach what they taught me ,to one last warrior." I looked at him. "So, your going to train me?" He nodded. "Get ready." I grinned. "This day is getting awesome!"

I sent a text to Raph, and Leo telling them I was on a vacation. and would be back soon. over the next month, I learned how to control the dragon part of me, but the rage of the dragon was another story. "you have a strong personality. but your dragon is unstable. dangerous. you must balance your emotions, or else the Dragon of rage will take over you."

Kyle told me. I practised my fire blasts. i felt as though I was the fire. Free, and wild. suddenly I felt a burning on my body. I looked at my arms. red and blue tattoos swirled and crawled up my arms. I felt perfect. Kyle smiled, and nodded. "you have completed the fire warrior stage. the Dragon stage I am sorry I can not help you with that part. Remember what I have taught you Alexis." I nodded. "I will." We bowed. And I flew off.

I arrived at the lair, and saw Mikey sleeping on the couch, a comic book over his face. Smiling, I walked to my room. It was empty. where was Kylah? I walked to the lab, and saw donnie asleep at his desk. I went to Leo's room next. I opened the door, and saw Leo laying there with Kylah snuggled against him. I smiled and closed the door. I went to Raph's room. he lay there sleeping. I smiled, and crawled in beside him. I felt his arms wrap around me. "Welcome back." He whispered in my ear. I rolled over, and stared into his neon green eyes. "you know I wouldn't leave you. I love you too much." He chuckled. "I love you too, Alex." I kissed his lips. "Good night, Raph." he grinned. "Good night princess."

In the morning I got dressed, and walked to the kitchen. "Hey, Alex." Leo said. "Hey fearless. did you sleep well with Kylah?" He reddened. "Uhh...she had a bad dream, and came to my room." I grinned. "ok, but remember. she's only nine." He hit my arm. "Hey, were pretty close." He said. "She spends most of the day with me." I smiled. "I'm glad she has a friend." He looked at his pizza. "She's still mad at you about her dad." I sighed. "But she trusts you, though she won't show it." I smiled. "Nice tatts." I smiled. "Thanks." Mikey slipped in, and through a water balloon in my face. "MICHAELANGELO! YOU WILL PAY!!" I chased mikey around the lair.

Suddenly I felt an urge to kill. I stopped, and held my head, groaning. "No." I moaned. "Hey, lex, you ok?" mikey asked. I turned away from him. "Mikey, get far away from me, now! Please." Mikey ran. I ran out into the sewers. I fell to my knees. A voice in my head, screamed at me. "you can not keep me locked up inside you, forever." I growled. "NO!, you are never coming out." the voice laughed. "We are one, Alexis. I am you, You are me. We are the same." I screamed, and fired up, punching the wall, demolishing it. the pain went away, and I stood leaning on the wall, breathing hard.

I started to cry. I saw my tattoos glow. I felt...alive. I walked back to the lair. "you ok, Alex?" Donnie asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." I went the bathroom, and took off my shirt, and gasped, I turned and saw my tattoos went all over my body. On my back were two dragons. one red, one blue, circling each other. their tails swirled around my body. I put my shirt back on, and walked out of the bathroom. "About time." April said. "Where did you get tattoos?! You were fine without them!" I laughed. "I like them."

she tapped my shoulder. "dont do, stupid things just for Raph." I punched her shoulder lightly. "Hey. I didn't do this for Raph." She grinned. "What ever you say Rodgers. What ever you say." I sat on the couch, and flipped through the channels. Arms wrapped around me from behind. "Meet me on the roofs tonight." Raph said, before nibbling my ear. I smiled. "Ok, why?" He chewed my ear. "Because I've got something to show ya." I rolled my eyes. "Ok, fine." He smirked, and walked off. I chuckled, and continued to flip channels.
