After homeroom, science, math, and workouts we finally have lunch. As we walk to the cafeteria I talk to my friend Ana. "Katie, can I tell you something?", Ana says. "Sure. What's up?", I reply. "Jake has been wanting to kiss you for a long time. He is really nervous about doing it." Ana said. "Ohmygod. Are you serious?" I asked excitedly. "Yeah." She replied. "Okay... We will finish this conversation after lunch. I'm starving.". We go through the line and I get mac-and-cheese, chicken fingers, and a blue Gatorade. Jake saved me a seat like I told him to and we talked about the sports we are going to play this year. I told him I'd play softball and basketball and he said he was going to play football and basketball.
After lunch Ana and I went to history and English. Now we have to go to study hall. In study hall both groups of 7th grade get to go to study hall together. When we got to study hall I spotted Jake at the books. I went and said hey, then went to find a book. When I got my book and found Ana she was sitting in a circle with some boys. 'What the crap is she doing' I thought."You wanna play spin the bottle, Katie?"
