Jake just broke up with me. Over the phone. Oh. My. Gosh. I start crying and started getting all my junk ready to go home. When I got home my brother told me not to go to the living room. He probably made a mess in there or something. I go to the kitchen, grab a snack, and then start walking to the living room. Before I stepped in I peeked a little bit through the door. I saw mom crying. "Whats it about?", I wondered. Mom picked up her phone and made a phone call. "Hello... Yes this is Dana Herring. I would like to speak to Dave Herring. Tell him that its an emergency..... Dave, i don't know what's wrong with me. I feel really dizzy and-". All of the sudden I see her fall onto the floor. "Mom!!!", I screamed. I ran to her and her eyes were closed and it looked like she was asleep.I quickly picked up my moms phone and called 911.
*later that day*
"Ma'am how are you feeling? Any pain in your head or neck?", asked a older nurse who had been visiting me and attending to my mom. "Well, no.... But I do feel a sharp pain in my lower stomach.", my mother said softly. "Oh dear", mumbled the nurse ,"I'll be right back". When the nurse got back she arrived with a male doctor. "Ma'am, I'm afraid we are going to have to take some X-rays". "Okay....", said my mom. As my mom was being pushed out of the room in a wheelchair I said,"Mom, I hope everything goes well. I love you." "Me too. I love you soon much Katie. Call your father and tell him to come pick you up", she said rather loudly. I called my dad and he came and picked me up. :'( I hope everything goes well with mom.
