"I'm so happy you came" I said to John Luke

"Tell me what happened"

"Well I had a nightmare and.. and my ex... came back and tried to hurt me" I stuttered

"It's okay Molly you can stop if you want" "Well then I kicked him and ran but I thought he was coming to get me. Then I woke up"

"Well I'm glad you texted me" he said hugging me. "Go back to sleep I'll be right here"

"Thanks John Luke I don't know what I'd do without ya"I said dozing off.

"Good morning cutie" JL said as I woke up.

"G'morning"

"Your like half asleep"

"Well I did just kinda wake up, so that may be why"

"Nice hair. Did ya comb it with a wagon wheel"

"Yeah don't you remember we stopped by a wagon before I woke up"

"Oh yeah I remember" we both laugh a lot

"I'm hungry" I said

"Well I think your mom just made breakfast so let's go" he pulled me from my bed and drug me to the kitchen

"Hey momma"

"Hi sweetie here's pancakes and bacon. John Luke what do you want to eat"

"Can I have eggs m'am"

"Sure thing" my mom said while John Luke steals my bacon.

"Hey get your own"

"But yours is better"

"How do you know you didn't even have any"

"Hey tile it down over there" my mom said

"Sorry m'am" JL said

"Call me Beth"

"Ok Beth"

"So what should we do today" JL said

"Well I was thinking dirt bikes but you kinda ruined that"

"Hey its not my fault that your a bad teacher"

"Excuse me but your the one who fell off. I had nothing to do with that"

"O whatever but we can go fishing"

"YES I love fishing" I said

"Good cause I do to"

"Hurry up"

"I'm done lets go" he said as we get up to leave

"I should probably change first huh" I said

"Might be a good idea and when your done we can drop by my house so I can to"

"Sounds good" I say as I walk into my room. I decided I should put my swimsuit on because we are going fishing which normally leads to swimming so yeah. My swimsuit is so cute it is camo with an orange outline. Then I put my shorts a t-shirt and my boots and head to the front door.

"You take forever to change"

"Well you did say my hair was horrible" I said as I hop into his truck

"Well we'll stop by my house then go fishing. Sound good?"

"Great" I said as I look out the window. The song Wagon Wheel by Darius Rucker came on.

"Hey they named that song after what you brush your hair with"

"Haha very funny John Luke"

"I know I know you don't need ta tell me"

"Yeah okay"

"Hurry up I'll wait here" I yelled to JL as he went inside his house. He is really cute but I'm kinda having second thoughts. I don't know if I want him tk be my boyfriend or just stay as friends. We did just meet like a week ago and I don't like rushing things but I just dknt want to hurt his feelings. Wait I don't think he likes me that much. Yeah he did ask me out but that doesn't mean he likes me a lot. What am I talking about if he asked me out he has to like me.

"Ready" JL said as he got in the truck

"Yeah"

"You okay you seem kinda sad"

"Yeah fine"

"Are you sure we don't have to go fishing if you don't want to"

"No I want to. I'm just thinking"

"Ok if you need to talk I'm right here" he's so sweet. I don't know how I'm not falling for him.
