Chapter 8

I woke up with the worst headache I've had in a long time. Probably from the extremely loud music last night, or the fact that I stayed up really late, like I never do unless I take naps during the day.
After getting out of bed, I went the my bathroom and took some pain reliever. Hopefully it'll work.
I walked down stairs, turned on some music, and started to make coffee.
Dang. It's so quiet here. My mom left for work, so it's just me, alone. I don't like it... I never have liked being alone. When I am, bad things happen.
Just then, I got a text from Tanner.

BABY😘- good morning baby😍 last night was amazing, by far the best night of my life!
What are you doing today?

Me- good morning to you too handsome! Last night was amazing, thank you.
I'm not up to much today, why do you ask?😉

BABY😘- I ask because I was wondering if u would like to hang out...?😋

Me- of course babe. My place or yours?

BABY😘- yours, if that's alright. My parents are having some friends over and they get too loud and annoying every time😂

Me- understandable😂 about what time?

BABY😘- now?

Me- no way😂 I'm in PJ's and no makeup!

BABY😘- it'll be fine. See you in 5😍

Shit... Crap... FUCK

I quickly run up stairs and check myself in the mirror. Not as bad as I thought, but still bad. Oh well, he's my boyfriend... He's gonna see my good and bad sides.
*ding dong*
He's here!
I run down stairs, in sweats and a messy bun. Great...
I open the door and he stands there looking Gorgeous as ever
Mine!
"Hi babe" he says as he brings me into a hug.
"Hey" I say giggling.
"Something funny?"
"No. It's just that your dressed and looking really nice and I just woke up."
"How are you feeling" he asks.
"My head is killing me, but I took a pain reliever. So probably after I eat, it'll be better"
"Then let's eat" he says very cheery.
I put my music on shuffle and house party, by Sam hunt fills the quiet room.
Tanner stands in front of the open fridge and looks up and down a couple times.
"Eggs and toast fine with you?" He asks with the cutest smile on his face.
"Fine by me" I say responding with a smile.
He starts on the eggs and I put 4 prices of toast in the mini oven, then set it for 2 and a half minutes.
"Strawberry or grape jelly?" I ask Tanner.
"Strawberry, please."
"Same" I say with a little giggle.
I take out the butter and jelly a lean against the counter admiring my view of Tanner and wait for the oven to go off.
*ding*
After taking out the toast, putting butter and jelly on them, I put them in a plate and waited for the eggs to be done.

"What do you wanna do today, babe?" Tanner asks as we finish our breakfast.
"We should go to the beach!" I scream from all the excitement.
"Oh my god, that's a great idea!" He yells back.
We break out into laughter.
"Okay, well... I'll go get ready then. I recommend you do the same" I say.
"Fineeee. I'll just grab my stuff and come back here to get ready cause I hate being away from you." He said as he kiss my forehead.
"Alright babe" I reply as I start blushing.

Hey guys!!! This is my first book, so please don't hate me if you don't like it that much. I promise, I'm trying really hard to make it good more to the middle and end.
Plus, I'm in school and it takes me a while to update, and I'm reallllyy sorry about that.
And I would also like to say THANK YOU SOO MUCH cause I'm so close to 200 reads! Of course my goal is to get MANNYY more, but I'm proud of my "almost 200 reads" book.

And I'm sorry this chapter was really short, but it's only cause there's a lot happening in the next chapter.
